Literally watched a girl at the drive through drop ice on the counter, use her HANDS to sweep it back into the ice and then use her hands again to make a big hole in the ice and then put her energy drink (i think is what it was) in the ice that they serve to everyone. So gross and disgusting 🫣 😤

So half price Monday! 22.99 regular price. So with tax etc. 12.49 for an 8pc. mix. Was told that at the speaker so I get to the window and asked about the senior discount told yea same price. 8pcs. was 3wings,1breast, 2 legs and 2thighs. Chicken was hard either over cooked or stale possible both. I am not going here again, if you go by reviews before eating somewhere stay away. Felt ripped of and served poor food. Shame place use to be nice eat at. Don`t think it will be around for very much longer.

Got the 16 tender meal for $16.99, 3 family sides okra, dirty rice and mashed potatoes. I've worked in fast food for 10+ years and all the food was old. The orka was hard and cold. Tenders old. Dirty rice just nasty. Even the gravy was old.

I ordered a 10 piece dark regular fried chicken (not tenders) for delivery. I paid just under $30. The chicken was so overcooked the batter/coating was like rock. The delivery bag was not stapled closed as it’s supposed to be and the box was torn open. The delivery was also 20 minutes later than promised. When I tried to call the store 4 times, (During store hours) no one answered the phone. Totally unacceptable especially at these prices!
