Got some mcnuggets that were undercooked. The staff was friendly, but I stopped here for lunch during a 6 hour drive and ended up losing my lunch when the nugget I bit into was cold and chewy.

If you're passing through or from out of town by some means, please do not stop here. Go to any other restaurant in town. Mcdonalds already has some low standards, but this location is probably the worst I've ever been to. I've been here a handful of times since moving out this way, and it doesn't matter if they're swamped or slow. They always mess the order up and do very little to make it right. Usually, making it right consists of multiple people looking at the receipt, and at least 1 person arguing that the order was correct or giving an attitude about fixing it. The craziest thing I've seen multiple times is that when they get busy, the manager will send a handful of employees home, and then they complain to the rush of customers that they're understaffed. I genuinely believe that this location is only open because it's one of like 5 total restaurants in Bowie.

I just had the worst experience ever at this McDonald’s. The drive thru was wrapped when we arrived we decided to order curbside and completely ripped us off for our order. Showed the manager the order on the app and she played stupid. Guess I just gave McDonald’s $30 and we won’t eat tonight
I ordered a happy meal and they asked me to park and wait for a fresh order of fries. I waited, and waited, and waited, and after 10 minutes I decided if they can't bring out a 4 piece Happy Meal then maybe, I should go in and get it. I did, only to realize they weren't working on my order. Good thing I kept my receipt. 2 people looked at it! I just wanted to toy but that's terrible service especially if they're not swamped!
