I always order from here at least 3 times a week, I just want to give a big shout out to Pizza Hut in Bowie for striving for the best & pushing their employees to be the best at service, cooking, & cleaning! Drivers are always friendly & caring, very so often I get something wrong but who doesn’t make mistakes & no matter what Pizza Hut & its family always makes it right & that is why I will always go back! Thank you for being you & doing what you do! 💙

The woman with short dark hair made 2 amazing pizzas 🍕. I normally have good pizza and good service here, but this was the best pizza I've had in a good while. Topped well, nice and hot, cooked to perfection!! Thanks again for a quick dinner that did not disappoint!

My last 3 experiences have been awful. I ordered 2 large and received 2 medium...and I had people over. Next I was overcharged by 6 dollars. Today I ordered 2, was quoted the price for 2, and when I arrived they had only cooked one. No discount offered or anything. When I called to complain the manager hung up on me. My bad for going back, never again.

I Bought a thin crush pizza it was the worst pizza I ever had. It was so thin you could see through it and had Harley any cheese on it? So I will never buy from there again

Rude and inconsiderate of people’s time. If you’re having kitchen issues and can’t complete the order either one of the 4 people just standing around up front could be notifying your customers of the delay. But I guess just being a dismissive disrespectful person works too

I placed my order at 4pm for a pickup at 6:15, app said my order was ready at 6:15pm. I walk in store to get my order and there are 15 people waiting on orders. So, I wait patiently for 15 minutes, then realize my name isn't even on the screen. Go ask the cashier about my order and they can't find it. Finally, they find it attached to a fridge in the kitchen not even started yet. I spent 85$, 15$ of that was a tip I added at time of ordering. Finally left the store with my order at 7:07pm, an hour later. The cashier was apologetic but said the app was not attached to the store and they couldn't do anything about it. The app has an order tracker which tells you when an order is ready, if that isn't attached to the stores system it shouldn't even be on there. Store was complete chaos, no organization.
