Employees had their speaker set up directly behind me playing way too loud. So loud they couldn’t hear me.

The manager needs to hire more staff. There is literally one person working with a line out the door. She tried calling for help but no one would answer her call. You can’t run a business and expect customers to visit your establishment if you only have one employee working, especially on a holiday.

I've been going to this place for a while but this was the first for me. A worker named Amber was talking about her toenails very loudly in the restaurant. When we first came in she was also constantly loudly complaining about another worker needing to get there so she could go home. And over all, that wasn't a good experience. From her being rude to her being loud and disgustingly talking about her toenails, it made me not want to go back into that subway unless she wasn't there.

every time we go in there the employees argue with each other right in front of us, complain so loudly and it’s so slow. It takes like 10-15 minutes to make 2 simple sandwiches. I work at fast food and I am very fast. It’s painful watching how slowly they make the sandwiches. ppl need fired or employeer has some work to do for their employees bc obviously the employees aren’t happy
They are ripping people off the sandwich s are literally more expensive than other nearby subways
Very slow. The workers argued with each other with a full restaurant of people. One of them wasn’t wearing gloves making sandwiches. Lots of people inside displeased with this service. Ordered online and waited an hour and a half to get our food.

Lacks consistency... sometimes it's good and sometimes not so much. Needs improvement all the way around. Tonight's bread was too hard to eat. We skipped the lettuce since it was brown.

The short lines taking forever and there old nasty lady always touching her mask and plus her face and she always complain about everything like a Karen and she being too loud someone fire her!!!??????????????????????
Service here is slow, really slow. The 2 older women would rather cluck amongst themselves than take care of customers. The blonde, tall one was especially rude and condescending.Overall I waited for over 30 minutes to get my meal because the employees moved at their own slow pace.I personally wouldn't come back. If I wanted that much frustration and condescension, I would have visited the in-laws.

Not sure why this place won’t answer the phone. I see why they always look close. They need new management and customer service skills. If I owned this business I would fire everyone that works and hire new people. This place is a joke.
I haven’t met anyone that works there that isn’t rude, the older lady there today is especially rude. They despise having to do anything. Bowie location needs A LOT of work!!
Exemplary customer service. Believe me these two ladies working last Monday made everyone feel important and took extra care to provide a great sandwich and a great customer service experience
