Went to go get subway and use the buy one footlocker get a 6in free. So after she makes our sandwiches I go to hand her the coupon and she says we can't take that one. We cam take all the other coupons but not that one their computer wont take it. She said thats what the manager tells them. So another words they don't want to use that coupon because it gives a free one away. If thats the case don't send out coipk s if you wont go by them!!!! Its frustrating. Don't lie and say the computers don't take just that one coupon. Tell the truth and just say we wont use that one and put a sign up saying before someone orders!!! We wont be back to the bowie subway!!
I came smack dab in the middle of lunch hour (~12:45pm.) There were three lovely ladies working their tails off behind the counter, with a line out the door. I waited(happily) probably around 30 mins before I was able to walk out with my food. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and a foot long sandwich. They were not only slammed with the walk-in orders, but they had multiple online orders to complete as well. Those three women (I wish I had gotten their names) did their job very well and accurately with all the stress and commotion of not-so-patient customers in the store. I know one of the employees was the mother of a second employee, and she was extremely sweet to my kids and I. The ladies were professional, quick, and very much friendly and welcoming throughout the entirety of my experience. They talked to and treated each customer with respect and kindness. I made sure to tell them what a great job they were doing dealing with the busyness of the lunch rush. I had to come on here and leave a review and let them (and others) know how appreciative I am of them. The food was fresh & delicious, with not a single complaint from myself or my kids.

Arrived at Subway at noon. No long line and a full staff. We were greeted upon entering. The ladies were pleasant and conversational. Asked about our travel. They made the sandwiches and offered to wrap them separately for easier travel eating.
The sandwiches were “subway classics.” Not special but not ugh.
The experience is a 🌟⭐️ 🌟⭐️ 🌟 for me because of the customer service. Thanks ladies!

I moved to Bowie Tx last week. I have ordered Subway 3 times this week! It was really good.
Tonight 6/17/25 I did door dash. I ordered 2 footlongd round 9 to be delivered. Door dash lady was great!
My Roast beef was on stale white bread i could hit the plate and it crumbled. ! No mayo or Must. The meat didn't even look like what I ate 2 days ago from the same place. Tried to call them at 9:45 , they close at 10! No one answered. Now I know why I got such subpar sandwiches tonight! Whoever runs this place needs a talking to by the owner. I will be contacting Subway corporate. Even though they may be owned privately they must adhere to Subways rules. Be accountable for a terrible sandwich! I'm so glad to have found a mustard pack in the fridge!
Don't go here when the short girl with black hair works. Anytime a customer comes in she rolls her eyes, complains very loud to where customers can hear her, argues with customers. If you hate your job that much then why work there.
Refused food due to refusal of providing signature for a mobile order. I have ordered here many times and never been asked to do this. When I asked for name and management contact information was told to leave. Left without paid for food. Ridiculous behavior by the night manager.
Walked in and saw the short middle aged woman in the back handling utensils with bare hands and putting them on the line.
Then she scratched her face and put gloves on without washing her hands.
After I saw that, I left without getting anything.
Food is ok, but it drives me insane that every time I come into this place, the same short dark haired lady complains non stop, shakes her head when people come in or put in orders. Just rude as hell…. When others talk about this place, the complaint is always the same, just a bummer that anytime I go it happens. She was gone for a while, and the place was so peaceful and moved faster. Someone needs to make a change, and I hate to be that person, but damn when you spend 15 dollars on a sandwich, you at least want it made in peace and with respect.
Employees had their speaker set up directly behind me playing way too loud. So loud they couldn’t hear me.

The manager needs to hire more staff. There is literally one person working with a line out the door. She tried calling for help but no one would answer her call. You can’t run a business and expect customers to visit your establishment if you only have one employee working, especially on a holiday.

I've been going to this place for a while but this was the first for me. A worker named Amber was talking about her toenails very loudly in the restaurant. When we first came in she was also constantly loudly complaining about another worker needing to get there so she could go home. And over all, that wasn't a good experience. From her being rude to her being loud and disgustingly talking about her toenails, it made me not want to go back into that subway unless she wasn't there.

every time we go in there the employees argue with each other right in front of us, complain so loudly and it’s so slow. It takes like 10-15 minutes to make 2 simple sandwiches. I work at fast food and I am very fast. It’s painful watching how slowly they make the sandwiches. ppl need fired or employeer has some work to do for their employees bc obviously the employees aren’t happy
They are ripping people off the sandwich s are literally more expensive than other nearby subways
