could be a great place.. not live bands, no place to dance
this is a county town, not FTW. it seems the owner has just giving up. the bartenders sit in the back corner with friends on their phones. being the only bar in a small town this place should be packed with cowboys and cowgirls every weekend. new school owners don't understand the clients for sure

Disappointed in our to go order we picked up today. Ordered kids cheeseburger and 2 onion strings appetizers which was $25 and some change. Get order home and opened the 2 onion strings only to find that there was the smallest portion of onion strings in each order for an appetizer. These are supposed to be appetizers and there wasn't even enough for a side. Was charged basically $18 for these.Called and talked to Mia who was helpful and said she would contact the manager. I took a picture of order as soon as we opened. Called back to be informed that if we brought the food back in would be the only way to receive a refund despite having a picture. We live 20 minutes from The Rack so not just a quick trip back. Over charged and shorted on order but I should bring it back. Don't think we will order from here again.

Just left this place. Set down at a table and had 3 different employees just look at us. Never came to table to get drink or food order. Got tired of waiting a left.
There were two girls and a guy behind the bar. I didn't see a sign at the entrance saying to order at the bar. During my previous visits there, I have always had a server come to the table. If it is too much work for them to wave to come to the bar, I will just find another place to spend my money.

When Spencer is cooking the food is SUPERB! The portions are nice , and the appearrance of the food is OUTSTANDING! THE RACK is our local CHEERS, where everybody knows your name.

The cooks need to get their crap together... I usually love this place, but it was beyond horrible service the last few times, including today. I ordered for 4 people, 2 clubs and 2 kids cheeseburgers all with cheese fries. Took almost a hour when we were the only ones in there getting food. Then it comes out with fries cooked so long they were hard as a rock, the clubs were not made right or cut at all and no mayo on them etc. I went to express my concerns and the cook was very rude with his mannerisms and faces. Was very disappointed. The lady at the bar was nice and made sure she apologized for the cooks.

Great burger with egg on it. Very glad they have what I like to drink as well. The pizza here is completely and totally the best pizza in town. I definitely recommend this place over the others

If I could give it no stars I would sat down for 10minutes and nothing. Server sitting down taking shots. Guess she will keep this place open by her self I’ll take my money elsewhere.
I got the fried egg burger and it was amazing! The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was bustling with people of all ages.

Ordered food. Waited an hour for the food to come out. All of the food was cold but VERY overcooked, hard to eat. Ordered a burger that came out hard and chard but cold. The wings were also very overcooked, I couldn’t even eat them because I could barely chew them…

The only thing I can complain about is the random open hours. There's times I'll go and it's closed for seemingly no reason. Otherwise, good food. Cold beer. I don't go during the evenings so I can't comment on night time environment.
