They charged us 3% to use a credit card but you don't know it until you see it on the receipt. They have no sign at the register saying as such. If I knew that I'd have paid cash. I told the manager they ought to have a sign but she just looked at me like I was stupid. I came back 3 days later- still no sign. Do I need to get loud in front of other customers?

First time to Chicken Express. Once was enough.Food was tolerable but for the tiny tenders way overpriced. And instead of a senior discount the charge extra to use a credit card. Bush's has way better food and for and far bigger portions for the same or less

Had to wait to get spicy chicken tenders , that’s fine I don’t mind waiting if I going to get hot food .needless to say it wasn’t , fries looked as if they had been reheated multiple times , I unfortunately didn’t get the fresh spicy tenders . I got cold regular ones with cold fries and a cold hard biscuit the only hot thing in my box was my gravy . Complete waste of money . We love chicken express , this was our worst experience by far.

Stopped at the drive through, tried to order liver. They said the fryer was down but they had other stuff apparently. I asked if it was fried because everything there is fried and the girl responded something about 8 minutes so I was just thoroughly confused and told them not to worry about it.
