Place was dirty, I understand they were busy, and maybe understaffed but the woman bagging food was extremely rude. She was mad that people were up front waiting on their food. The reason for the crowd was because there were no clean tables and no numbered table tents available for any of the customers. Instead she was talking out loud for all customers to hear about all “the Old people” being annoying and impatient looking for straws when there weren’t any accessible for anyone. She then directed someone to give my grandfather some straws and the employee set out a handful of straws in front of him instead to refill it himself instead of the employee refilling the bin. This is unacceptable customer service and very unprofessional from who I believe is the manager. She needs to be demoted or retrained. Her name is Yolanda working morning shift at this location Sept 20th 2025. Many customers left the location upset and unhappy with her comments and service. Young man working the register was very apologetic and very professional. He deserves a raise!!

We have stopped here more than once and are never impressed. ( Today, thought breakfast might be ok and there is not much in Brady) We went through the drive through and they had no decaf coffee and no egg burritos. We had to wait with three other cars after going through in the numbered spaces. When you go in, it is never clean. Guess I have finally learned to head on to Brownwood before I stop. The young woman at the drive through was rude and could care less …

Men’s bathrooms are constantly out of order, and when they do work, the water pressure is terrible. Toilets barely flush, making the situation even worse. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

We went in the drive thru and waited maybe 3 minutes max for how busy it was which is like 3x better then the McDonald's in the town im from and the person in front of us drove off right after getting to the windows before paying so we got a little bit extra free food

We went thru drive thru and ordered sausage egg mc muffin with no cheese and a regular egg mc muffin and 2 hash browns glad we checked before we pulled away there was cheese on the sausage mc muffin so I handed the bag back we pulled up to a wait for ur order spot, they brought order to our car we had a long drive home so we drove off and so we opened our mc muffins and order was wrong again cheese was on sausage mc muffin and no cheese was on regular egg mc muffin so maddening !!! I mean really it wasn’t a hard order how did they get it wrong both times , it’s because company’s just don’t care and Don’t listen to what customer wants very sad to me because I had been a manager at Mc Donald’s for 18 yrs. , many years ago

This is a okay McDonald's. The staff have always been friendly. The guys is always hot. Sometimes it's a little slow but overall a decent McDonald's.
Ordered Oreo McFlurry, said it wasn’t good. Traded for a shake that tasted like mold, so asked if we could just get a refund. Cashier claimed she didn’t know how to do that so then asked for cookies. Which I was thinking it be a few so the price would be somewhat equivalent to what we paid. Nope, handed a single cookie. Please train staff better. No reason I shouldn’t get a refund for food you can’t serve. Fix spoiled Ice cream. Staff is aware your ice cream is spoiled, turn off machines and clean them out.

Everytime I come here i never get what I ordered and if i get fries they are never salted just went through drive through asked for a medium fry with extra salt and a h/h tea and a frappe the tea is sweet tea the fries have no salt at all like always which is why I asked for extra

The place was filthy — flies everywhere. The restrooms were disgusting: toilet paper was scattered across the floor, urine covered the seats, and the trash bins were overflowing in the bathroom, the sitting area, and even outside, with garbage all over the ground. Nastiest place we’ve even been to. Food was nasty and the soda was flat.
