For this to be one of the main restaurants when you first come in town is ridiculous. This McDonald's is nasty. Dirty tables, soda machine filthy and Dirty bathroom. And the staff is plan lazy. Do better. My last time stopping here.

I have given all McDonald's generally good reviews in the past, even though every time the McDonald's is stereotypically has poor house keeping. This McDonald's is no exception. Only this time I actually took the picture. I generally do not give a restaurant bad reviews. But this restaurant is the icing on the cake that fell in the trash can. The parking lot was littered. The lobby/ dining area was disgusting. Restroom was very Mc Nasty and Mc disgusting. Very poor. Definitely better options in town for a bite to eat.
FOR THE MANAGER. easily remedied. To fire unsatisfactory/ bad employees, assign undesirable employees on a cleaning detail. If they cannot perform their assigned job to satisfactorily clean restaurant to customer standards, you can easily remove them from the payroll.
You see this is where the management messed up. They relied on a company name like McDonald's and it is really the fault of management that is the one that cannot delegate responsibility. Cause and effect you get very honest reviews. PLEASE HAVE A CLEAN RESTAURANT. BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT ONLY PAYING FOR FOOD, BUT A CLEAN RESTRUANT AND RESTROOM.

Fries were cold and limp. Our burgers were cold, the cheese had hardened on them from sitting so long. The cashier didn't know how to ring up meal deals and rang everything up individually thus overcharging us by $8.00. Had to get a manager to fix the price. This place has issues, it was a mistake to stop there. I would question their food handling practices after eating there.

I give this location 3 stars, mainly because how quick they made our food. Unfortunately, one of the burgers I ordered was excessively greasy and noticeably pink, but the rest of the food was good. I notified one of the employees at the register of the issue, which was resolved without any problems and was given a whole new burger. On the other hand, the dining area was visibly dirty and there were flies persistently circling the area and our food. As a result, a couple of flies managed to touch our food. Needless to say, it threw off our appetite.

Honestly, one of the most consistently best McDonald’s ever. Food has always been hot and good for me, service has always been friendly. Sometimes have to wait, but again food has always been good as well as service so I definitely feel like that makes up for it!

Ridiculous, I asked for a replacement on fries because the ones they gave us were BROWN and old. They took the bag back gave me another bag I then drove home looked in the bag just to realize that I’m pretty sure they just put the same dang fries I already had in the first place back in a totally new bag! So I called up there asking for a manager she then said she was the manager and I told her the situation she said yes mam that was me they are new fries I told her no mam these are old and if they are a new set then they are from the same batch of OLD fries! She said no they are new the oil must be bad I said this is ridiculous why in the world would you give customers brown fries! When they Specifically ask for new “FRESH” fries!! She legit tried to argue her statement so I hung up, it was terrible service I got huge sighs and eye rolls when I requested new ones and I got attitude from the manager herself when I told her the problem, I usually try to stick up for them because I’m not a complainer EVER and it’s one of the few fast food places we have but that’s ridiculous to be treated that way when we are paying for it. And when it’s lunch hour, or right after school hours they should already have fresh things out prepared for a huge slam so things like this DONT HAPPEN. Work smarter people not harder. It’s not that hard. ??♀️
