Ordered my food took a while, can’t even take an order right, waited over 30 mins, ordered a peppermint bark shake, but gave me a peanut butter bacon shake, it was not busy at all, the guy came out to let me know it would be while on my food as well and apologized and then another guy handing me my food they can’t even wipe the drink cup leaking everywhere, he said sorry, but still then you see a girl run out to speak to somebody in a vehicle, like do better please! My chicken Sandwich is harder than a rock!

Ordered the new Unicorn slush hoping to get the cool straw. Didn't get the straw. Instead got some watered down purple slushys with some whipped cream on top. Nothing like the pic.

Called for over 30 minutes they never answered so we went up there knocked on the window at the person that was on the phone. He sent a guy outside. I went inside and all of a sudden he got off the phone and the girl with the pigtails that was in there. I asked his name and she said it’s none of my business and the guy said I was just taking the order I said for over 30 minutes yes ma’am, because it was $103 order don’t think it would take 30 minutes to take one for $103.

Put in an online order. When I arrived took a while but no biggie. Car hop brought food. She then came back to the car and stated that they brought me the wrong order and that they did not put my burgers in the bag. I looked in the bag and said there are burgers here she said, but not the right ones. She took them in lighter, brought back two more bags and said here you go. These are the right ones I said thank you And left. And then arrived home to find out that I had no burgers and some kind of chicken wrap and I do not like chicken.

Called to get a transaction receipt for the 24th fraud on my STOLEN card. The manager lady I spoke to was very rude. She said they restarted the registers and when they turned back on, they charged cards that they had multiple calls that day and that the charge wouldn’t go through. (The charge went through.) When I tried to explain to her that that was not the case my card was stolen I’ve spoken to the bank and made a report, she continued to be rude and raise her voice. All I wanted was a copy of the receipt for the transaction that was made. Such great customer service! Happy holidays!

They forgot to serve one of our drinks and when we tried to talk to one of the staff via drive through, the lady was like “ok do yall still want it?”

The drink was already paid for,
I dont understand why she would still ask a silly question. Was there for 35 mins . Make sure to double check your orders before leaving .
