I had a very disappointing experience with my recent visit. I placed a mobile order, and several things went wrong: • The meatball sub had very little marinara sauce. • They were out of straws for drinks, and although I had selected Coke on the app, this location only carries Pepsi products and was out of 3 of the 8 options available. • I also didn’t receive a bag of chips I had ordered. When I went back inside to ask, I was told they were out of that flavor, but there was no communication about the missing item until I brought it up. Had I not checked my bag before leaving, I would’ve gone without something I paid for. • One sandwich was also barely toasted and missing the Sub Krunch topping—which goes with the theme of this establishment being out of a lot of things. • To top it off, one employee was sitting on the floor behind the counter while the other assisted customers, which came across as very unprofessional. • All of the chairs were stacked on the tables as if the restaurant was getting ready to close, even though the posted hours said open until 11pm—and it was only 6:45pm. • There was also a strange sign on the door mentioning they only accepted tap-to-pay or cash (I didn’t read it closely since I paid online, but still found it odd).
Overall, there were multiple issues with accuracy, communication, and professionalism that made the experience frustrating.

This place is so poorly managed. Went in for lunch, which i only get an hour. Line was out the door. The manager was outside on the phone and chatting with a friend. Every time I go in there she is hardly every working. Social event for her and they are always out of things.

After traveling for hours and seeing how disgusting the McDonald's was in Brady, TX, we decided to see if the Subway was any better. Well the bathroom had tape on it saying it was out of order, so we don't know if they were clean. The lady who made our sandwiches was nice. The bread was stale, otherwise it was fine. When you're walking in and out, it does smell like sewage.

The service of the girls that were there were absolutely wonderful ! Nice ,caring, took orders perfectly but one thing the company needs to realize is the employees or what makes Subway's business and when y'all change some of the breads the company is the one that should pay for it not the employees! Maybe whoever owns the Subway should think of this! Other than that it was wonderful.
Dietary restrictions: Believe it or not some people out there are lactose intolerant severely. And the texture of y'all's new raps unbelievably not good.

The pretzel was hard as a rock and did not come with a dipping sauce. The churro was also hard as a rock.

Pls don't stop if your in a rush a put a mobile order my order said it was ready well it was not ,I wait 40 min in The restaurant waiting to get my order she had a line but that point of doing mobile order pick and go didn't even follow instructions didn't toast my sub how bad does a spicy sub taste

The remodel is ok but the service is still not so great. Employees need better training especially when it comes to simple things such as splitting payment between 2 different payment options. The food isn't that great. The meats seem cheap like the ones you can buy in a pouch at a grocery store. Thinner meat almost see through.
