Worst sonic location. Ordered and waited at the window over 45 minutes after my card was charged. They said it would be another 45 minutes and I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t issue me a refund. I was never given my food as it was delayed again and I was never given a refund. Kids working the window were total punk teenagers sitting there talking.

No matter if you order ahead on the app, in the drive thru or in one of the stalls that happen to work, your order will always be wrong. My most recent experience they got my order wrong 3 times, and on the last time they brought my order to me which was still wrong, the young lady threw the bag in my window and scurried off before I could say anything. If you plan to eat somewhere in the city of Brazoria, I recommend saving the time and effort and just driving to Lake Jackson to eat, because all of the restaurants are poorly staffed, and have a tendency to disappoint their customers.

Friendly staff. But the kiosk to pay never works. No matter which one you go to. They are either broken or filled with errors. This is no longer a convenient place to eat.

They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. All I ask for is easy ice on my drink and they always give me full ice. 4 sips later my drinks gone and I have a full cup of ice.

This has to be the absolute worst sonic in the whole sonic corporation!!! Tired out Brazoria...smh. IF I wanted ice cream, Buc-ee’s is two doors down. I ordered a milkshake, and by far, it's the worst in town and in the county!!! I'd say do better, but tragically, that's probably the best they can do. Texas Burger runs laps around this place. I went to sonic because I had never tried a milkshake from them. Never again!!! TRAAASH!!!
