I let my first review to discuss how this establishment has rude employees and disgusting food. In my review, I politely asked for it not to be responded, telling me to contact some type of customer support, and this moralless establishment did exactly that!!!! They don't even have the common decency to follow a simple request !! I beg you all to never patronize this place. They have no respect for human decency, let alone respect for food service. I will say it again, I DO NOT want ANY type of response to my review. I am very old. Please leave me be. Please respect your elders and DO NOT respond to this review. What is this world coming to??? God help us all. Please help us

Its fast cheap, unhealthy food so of course we should avoid it. But with happy hour specials and chilli cheese dogs even the strongest of us must eat some junk now and then. They have the best bacon cheese burgers around and we swing by and get treats for the dogs 🐕 as well. Not all sonics are the same, I have found out that this location is exceptional. Freeport has tried to poison me with rotten food once and a metal wire in my burger the second time. Brazoria Sonic has regularly made the best bacon cheese burger I have had.

Very dirty place with rude staff. Food arrived crushed and ice cold. Please don't respond with that automated statement directing me to customer support. I think that is very rude and will think less of you and tell others of your misdeeds.

Ordered ahead on the app then when I got there, I checked in. It showed on the screen after a minute that she was bringing it out. We waited another 10 minutes then pushed the button to see what the deal was and she tried to blame it on the kitchen not being ready yet and only two people working but my food was already kind of cool and she brought it as soon as I called in. I guess someone cleared it out then forgot about it then tried to blame it on being short staffed. Don’t clear it out like you brought it if you didn’t.
Whoever was working kitchen did an outstanding job on these extreme tots...they are usually just all thrown in there but this was well served and fresh...great job Sonic crew

Food was over cooked, didn’t get the extra pickles on chicken sandwich that my kid asked for and drink didn’t have extra ice as requested on my order in the app. Manager wouldn’t honor a coupon that they hand out, won’t be back to this location.

Regularly mess up the orders, and they super skimp on what you get, literally half as many/much fries total as ABSOLUTELY ANY OTHER like literally not even half the container is full, this is the 3rd time from here in a row it's been that way. They charge $1 for jalapenos but give you 4 slices, wtf this place is so cheap it's just pathetically embarrassing and absurd to even be allowed as a franchise. Order ahead/online for a drink and you will still wait 10 minutes even if there are only 2 cars on the entire lot

Worst sonic location. Ordered and waited at the window over 45 minutes after my card was charged. They said it would be another 45 minutes and I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t issue me a refund. I was never given my food as it was delayed again and I was never given a refund. Kids working the window were total punk teenagers sitting there talking.
