I'm greeted every time I go in. Most, but not all employees are courteous. I pretty much get the same thing everytime I go. There is a young man working there mostly during the day that has a crappy attitude and will be sarcastic to customers.

Waited in the loby for 20 min just to have a mobile order prioritized over my own

Young girl with blonde highlights, terrible service, put like 4 pieces of lettuce on my sub. Then caught an attitude when I asked her to put more on there, no sense of urgency whatsoever, and the line was almost out the door.

Came at 8:40 to order a sandwich. Oven was turned off we were told only cold meats and on top of that still charged for avocado. Store closes at 9PM.

The food is always the same , its edible and fast. However the service is great!! I can never seem to get our order right on the app and onetime I even ordered from the wrong location. 🤦♀️ They have always been so nice and helpful with this screw ups.

I have given this place way more chances than I should have. Tonight was the final straw for me. I get in and wait for 5 minutes to be told they won't be able to get to me because they just got a big order. Really? I wanted one sandwich. You should Limit your online or call in orders as not to effect the people that drove to and our standing in your location. Save yourself the time like I will from now on. Drive to West Columbia. Much better location, nicer, cleaner, better stocked, and more employees.

Sent my son in it was 820 pm they close at 9pm the lady said they had no meats no vegetables and the oven was broke really they were open all day only because they wanna leave at 9 not stay open till 9 smfh last time I eat there or at least the one in brazoria Texas

Rat poop rat infestation making employees sick black mold around back ice machine yelled at for doing proper temps because food is always on verge of going bad told to just change labels on food till it looked or smelled bad holes in walls alll over back and sinks don't drain right at all water all over the place and sinks smells like sewage when drained only four really genuine nice people there

Would not recommend worker didn’t follow my order correctly and the employees were super rude kicking out people before closing is diabolical and plus my sandwich was burnt to a crisp and the chicken got me sick and there was rat droppings in the lobby

If you order from this location, make sure you do it in person.Because all of the staff there refused to read the special instructions, and now, four times, i've had issues with the orders being incorrect. Beware if you're talking to the girl named Stormy because she likes to cop an attitude and play a little victim. If you ask a question talking about how rude and how much of an attitude somebody has whenever she in fact is the one who has an attitude and is so sensitive to somebody asking, if the person that made the order knows how to read the special instructions box, which apparently you're not allowed to ask that question. And then yelled at and told to leave the store which I did. Of course, then I called trying to speak with an adult and find out that that little girl is a manager and very unprofessional at that and I just hope that somebody who works there will retrain that person with customer service? Or find somebody who knows how to handle people. When I called, she said she handled it incorrectly, but then continued to berate me over the phone and then hang up on me. When I called another number from Google, it led me back to the store and again. She apologized for how she handled the situation but then also backstepped and said that I was in the wrong for asking a question. Apparently, my accent makes me seem like I have an attitude because I was having a great day. I still am. But it's really upsetting that I had to go to Bucees to buy my food after I already paid for lunch so I would appreciate anybody who works there to reach out to me.Let me know how you handle the situation and anybody who's going to visit there,Watch out for the short little girl. She has a very, very fragile ego, and if you ask her questions, she will get stormy mad. Yeah, I have a blessed day.
