The food has suffered in the last three months or so. I don't know if they changed cooks but the food is not tasting the same as before. I used to love their Chicken Salad Croissant but it's not at all what it was before. Not only in taste but the amount they put on the Croissant. You are eating more of the Croissant than the chicken salad they put on it. Very disappointing. The service is also not the same. The waitress is most of the time nowhere to be seen. For the amount you pay for the food it is not reflective of the food you get.

The portions are smaller than I expected. My boys and I ate cheeseburgers here and they were delicious, but the burgers weren't very big and there was not enough fries to fill up a fat boy. Very good restaurant but wish the portions were bigger.

Great place to visit in Breckenridge, TX. Salad bar was fantastic, as was the wedge salad. Terrific people and really cool atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I had the roast beef with au jue sauce and. It was wonderful. Service was great . And everything was nice and clean.

We split a French dip, since we had big real fast, and it was delicious, on a soft bun and two dips-the usual and a horseradish dip. It came worth crunchy kettle chips and a fruit cup. Everything was very high quality!

This was my first time to eat here. I was coming from out of town and I found this restaurant on Google. The restaurant looks like high level fine dining establishment. The only someone disappointing part about this place is that it's really just a sandwich shopping with a little bit of other stuff. I still would recommend it but I do believe it's a bit expensive for what they're serving.

The tomato soup and grilled cheese were tasty. My daughter had the turkey avocado sandwich and really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly.

Blackhorse is always top notch!! All of the employees are friendly and know their business! Most of the live entertainment is great, however the entertainment last night fell below the standards we are accustomed to at Blackhorse. I did speak to the manager about small children running up and down the staircase unsupervised, After I witnessed one, small child fall down. OK

The food was good service was great music was good to but I got in trouble for taking my baby brother downstairs and a lady told me to keep my brother upstairs and she got in my way and tripped him so we left and complained.

My wife and I made a special trip to Breckenridge to try this restaurant out. It was very disappointing. The food was ok at best, the service was poor. I do love the building and decor, but the dinning experience was not work the 30 minutes on the road to get there. One us of ordered a French dip and chips. The chips looked like someone grabbed a near empty bag of chips and poor the small pieces in the bowl. We showed up at 7 pm on December 26 and there were 4 of us. We were the only customers, so I would like the staff would pay close attention to what is being served.
