While subway is just a sandwich shop, the smell when we entered the store was off (sour smell) we were the only customers in the store and employee was very rude to the point of we almost walked back out. Very bad customer service attitude. We won't be back to the store ever.

Have tried to be positive about this place. Was super excited when they opened and gave lots of grace in the beginning. Most of my mobile orders are missing items on the sandwiches but I am still charged. Missing at least $5 in upgrades each time.
Time before last they left my drink off. When I asked, she looked puzzled so I grabbed my receipt. She said, “oh ya, that’s right we are out of tea”
This past weekend I do a mobile order again. When I pull up to the drive thru I get told -“your order is not anywhere near being ready. Pull up please”
It was 2 sandwiches and a salad. Just why? Why that type of response. Why can’t you be friendly and just let me know that you are still working on it. I just don’t understand the rudeness I get when I come to this business.

I was glad to see a subway open in Breckenridge. Ive been several times. I receive coupons in the mail 6.99 for a footlong . What a deal. I use one coupon for a Philly steak all good . Then a week later I go back to use a second coupon . They cant get their scanner to except it. So I have to pay full price 12 bucks. I should have left it on the counter but I paid . I will never eat at Subway again any where . Sad to loose a good customer over 5 dollars. Ive been eating subway sense they started 20 + years or more lots of food and money.

We were the only patrons in the restaurant. It still took too long to get food.Tea wasn't made. I asked if tea could be made. They said it was someone else's job and they didn't want to overstep boundaries. I did NOT get my tea. Upon leaving, I let them know there wasn't a trash liner in the trash can. She wasn't pleased that I made her aware and told us to leave our trash on the table. Though it took 16 minutes to have 3 sandwiches made, it was good. I'm hoping our next experience is a better one. We are very reasonable people and understand that there will be "off" days. We'll be back! :)

So very disappointed in this place. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up and had to wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes all for my food to be ice cold and the wrong sauce put on it. I won't be going there again.
