Jacob always goes above and beyond for the people that he serves and fortunately for us, that is all of the Golden Triangle and Southeast Texas. Excellent food!! The daily lunch specials are delicious! The chicken & sausage gumbo is a personal favorite! The 1855 steaks and boudin in the meat case are top tier. The staff is also great; always efficient, happy and polite. I'm excited to try their boiled crawfish during crawfish season! Can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone. Do yourself a favor and stop by for lunch, stock up your fridge or freezer or book them to cater your next special event!
