Went in to Bridge city location at
3:40. Ordered a burger with rings
Went to sit down and the tables were filthy. The floor had food everywhere. People were sitting in the office area and never attempted to wipe anything down.
My burger was greasy. We won’t be going back ever. It was beyond filthy. Where is the Orange County Health Department? Absolutely
Horrible.
Paid to add bacon. Didn’t get it. There was only one mushroom on the whole burger. I really wanted to bring it back for a refund. Very disappointed. Everything is way over priced and not really worth it at all. Zucchini chips are bland and way over priced considering I got like 5 slices for $8. Should have gone to whataburger instead of wasting my money here.
Fried pickles and Bacon Cheese Burger with Onion Rings were xcellent! Fried Fish is awesome too.
Waiting 30 minutes with one other party of 2 is ridiculous, not to mention having to listen to employees behind the counter have personal phone conversations that should have been kept to themselves.
