First time here, walked up but no signs to direct where to go, no one downstairs. We started walking up stairs then cooks started yelling at us wrong way, I turned and said how are we suppose to know where to go! Finally upstairs and sat out side, great area and we was looking forward to try the food. Ordered the crab peppers and they are ok, ordered 5#s of crawfish. Absolutely the worst I have ever had, over cooked so you really had to work for it, no flavor and dry. If you like to throw money away go order some!

I've had better seafood from the frozen section at Walmart. Our service was great. It appeared to be clean & organized. The atmosphere was laid back & casual. They had live music but it was so loud you had to yell across the table. They do not have menus. You have to use the online menu, which I hate. It takes me twice as long to order from all the scrolling up & down & searching for something I might be interested in. Society tells us we are on our phones way too much but then you have places like this that force you to be on your phone. Last Sunday was the first & last time we visit this establishment.

Best bacon cheeseburger I've ever had. Everything was fresh waited 40min but the wait was worth it. Had a great band.

Original server came out, took our drinks, and then ordered food like normal. Then she disappeared for about 30 mins, not sure if she went on a break and didnt tell anyone, but the manager ended up bringing us our food. When the waitress actually took our order she asked if I wanted chips or fries with my order, she didn't mention they were separate and cost 4.50 for a little basket. The fries themselves taste like the bag ones in the freezer section with some spice mix thrown on top, not worth it. I ordered the grilled shrimp po boy, which was good, I just wish there was more than 6 pieces of shrimp on an 8 inch roll. The jalapeños mayo was good.TL:DR service was bad, food could be better and was pricy. Cool atmosphere

The view is nice and great atmosphere. Decent place to get drinks, however the food and wait are nothing to write home about. It took over 20 minutes before we saw our waiter to order drinks and after ordering we ended up leaving without ever getting my wife’s burger that they said they dropped on the grill multiple times.

Decided to have Hightides for lunch today and it did not disappoint, walking up to the establishment you could smell the crawfish cooking. I didn’t even know I needed crawfish until we got here. We were seated with Kelsey who was such a delight to have as our server she was very attentive, knew the menu and offered recommendations. I ordered the spicy crawfish with a Bloody Mary, the crawfish were absolutely wonderful from the size to the spice level. We will be back for more tasty crawfish and excellent service.

A pretty view, with yummy food, fun games, and good music! I love the baked chicken salad. My fiancé loves the tacos, and bacon cheeseburgers.

Sat at our table for an hour with zero service. Asked 3 separate servers to get a server and even called the restaurant to ask if we order at the bar or get a server. Ended up leaving.

Our service was absolutely amazing. The food was to die for and Vayden made sure our service and food was top notch. We will be back and we love the High tides family and staff

As I would love an opportunity to revisit this establishment, this place had an awesome setup, but nothing that was on the menu was offered. The specialty drinks were subpar and the boiled crab was so hard to peel due to being over cooked. This place could be really unique. But as-is, kiddos are running it and there seems to be NO accountability. I truly love good food as I am a fatty! But this experience was a real disappointment. I won't say do not visit but I hope they have made some strides in the right direction before you go.

Great food and drinks with a fun friendly atmosphere. We eat here at least twice a week. Try the seafood!

Stopped by here after an event in bridge city. Food was decent but nothing to call home about. Service was fantastic. Views were beautiful.

Every time we eat here it's always hit or miss. One time it's not good at all, then another it's great, and some times it's just okay. This applies to the customer service we get and the quality of the food. We have been and the service sucked and the food was so good, and times when the service was great and the food sucked. We have been multiple times and on different days at different times and for different occasions. You just never know until you go. So if your trying to impress your date, I'd go some where else, if your going just to grab a drink and try the food, then go for it! Good luck!

The service could have been way better, the food did not come out all at the same time, our friend got his food last when all of us have already finished. There was a table next to us came after us and we got our food after them. They do not cook there food in a kitchen then cook it downstairs in a hut.. all employees seem young n full of them selves. Definitely a bar to go to if you just wanna drink and party and snack on something.

High Tides is such a fun local spot for family night or date night. We love the location being right on the water, it makes for fabulous views! The food is always delicious (our favorite thing to order is the spicy shrimp) and the live bands are a blast. We love going to High Tides!
