Used drive thru to order Hotcakes and sausage breakfast to go. As employee attempted hand me my order I asked for jam and butter and she looked annoyed apparently because she had to ask someone else for butter. As she dropped the butter in the bag I asked if there was silverware (utensils) TWICE and she said yes. Arrived at my destination and of course there were no utensils in the bag. Why she blatantly lied when asked TWICE is beyond me. This is the level of service you can expect at Bridge City McDonalds.

Stopped at the Bridge City stire to get 1 Big Mac. Hadn't had one in a long time and thought this would be a good stop. This store has been in Bridge City for a long time and always has customers. I went into the store because the drive-thru was completely backed up. Used the kiosk to place and pay for my order, but I didn't get a receipt or order number. The order was accepted and processed, as the lone employee behind the counter acknowledged it. I then waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, finally 18 minutes before I got my single burger. Meanwhile, all the backed up traffic in the drive-thru had been served and were gone. The Big Mac I got was terrible - not just a smashed bun but minimal ingredients, and the patties and cheese still were cold. Of course, I didn't discover that until after I had left, and remember - no receipt, so I couldn't even return to complain! I WILL NOT go back to this store ever again. Whataburger is just down the street, and they always do things right !

My kids and I had dinner at the Bridge City, TX location 10/12/24. This establishment was severely understaffed and unorganized. I ordered 4 $5 meal deals, a 20pc nugget, and 3 McChickens. We waited 50 minutes for our food. When it came, we were missing 4 fries. When I went back for the fries, I waited another 15 minutes. The one cashier at the register taking orders, seemed frazzled. She was soft spoken and was trying her best to keep people happy. The kitchen staff was moving strangely slow and seemed unaware of orders. Several customers were angry. One started yelling. It became uncomfortable.

Ordered using the mobile app. Waited for 25min inside to pick up while I saw my ticket hanging in the back. 10min later noticed my ticket was gone but no one coming to the counter with the drinks or food. Finally waived someone down and asked about my food that has now been 35min! The employee asked to see a receipt, then took my phone and brought to the back. 2 employees looked at with confusion. I finally had to ask for my phone and ask for a refund. We were traveling to Houston for a game. Mcdonalds put us 40min behind on a call ahead and we were late to.pur game and no food. Talk about ridiculous. Who is running this place???

Team members should be coached to actively listen to the drive through customer. I ordered a steak bagel, got bacon. Ordered large drink, got medium. And of course, the shake machine was broken. It's 2024. Switch vendors to one that works ...
