Used drive thru to order Hotcakes and sausage breakfast to go. As employee attempted hand me my order I asked for jam and butter and she looked annoyed apparently because she had to ask someone else for butter. As she dropped the butter in the bag I asked if there was silverware (utensils) TWICE and she said yes. Arrived at my destination and of course there were no utensils in the bag. I got 2 sausage mcmuffins, hold the muffins, and usually, when you order that way, they put sausage patty on the bottom and the cheese slice on top. This time, they put cheese slice on the bottom, making it useless.
Great food. My order is correct each time I visit. They've been short handed, so drive thru takes a bit longer than expected. The staff is always nice to me, maybe because I understand they are working like crazy to get the others out.
