Very friendly staff, I haven't had a bad experience at this McDonald's, I've lived around this area for a while now and have always come to this one in the mornings for my breakfast meals, sometimes the wait can be long but most of the time thats when they have a line of cars in the drive through. Otherwise pretty good!
Any time I see that the employee (Hope I read his name right) is working I know it’ll be a good experience. When he’s there I always see him going above and beyond, cleaning the drink area and tables, keeping the restaurant clean, and getting orders out quickly. Give that guy a raise, he deserves it 👍🏼
Used drive thru to order Hotcakes and sausage breakfast to go. As employee attempted hand me my order I asked for jam and butter and she looked annoyed apparently because she had to ask someone else for butter. As she dropped the butter in the bag I asked if there was silverware (utensils) TWICE and she said yes. Arrived at my destination and of course there were no utensils in the bag. Why she blatantly lied when asked TWICE is beyond me. This is the level of service you can...
