This is my 3rd time ordering from this store and each time I try giving them the benefit of the doubt that it’s just a “one off” however it’s a pattern and management does not care to make the customer happy or address the issue. They will mark that the order has been delivered 45min. to an hour before it arrives. I called the store multiple times to check and see what was going on but no answer. They finally answered and left me on hold. I was still on hold by the time I made it to the store. She said she didn’t know but it would be delivered and did not care at all. Food usually arrives wrong and or cold. Just save yourself the trouble and go to orange if possible

I ordered online. Had the wrong order show up twice in 10 minutes. I called the local number. It went to a call center. Girl was rude. Said she would give me a refund. I asked for a confirmation number. She said no, I refunded it. Still no refund to my bank. Garbage.

Consistently getting worse with every order. Communication is mediocre. And never had I ever had to wait 2 hours for a single pizza. Pitiful.
