I came in yesterday during my lunch and a lady named Amanda was so extremely helpful with me while trying to use the kiosk. The morale seems to be great. She was sp friendly and helpful. Me and my crew will definitely be back.

as busy as they were, We didn't have as long of a wait as we thought we would. Our order was complete. Everything tasted good. The oil wasn't bad tasting. I know they just reopened. All things considered, they're doing 100% better now than they did with the previous owners.

Horrible service, handing out wrong orders, wouldn’t respond at the drive through had to pull up to the window. Never going back. As we were leaving an employee yelled at an elderly woman on oxygen because she had a question because her order was wrong.

9/13/24 terrible service. The lady in charge was extremely rude and disrespectful, treated her employees in a degrading manner and seemed as if she'd rather be anywhere else but there. Hey rude lady be nice to your people !!!!

This Popeyes was pretty decent when it first opened, but it's fallen off hard. The past few times, the service has been mediocre, and they have always been out of one thing or another. The last trip we made, every time we asked for one thing, the lady on the speaker would shout rudely that they don't have it as if we should know. When asking for two 3pc tenders, they upsold us to 5pc. They didn't have any lemonade except the regular, and they didn't have frozen either. The chicken was rough, tough, and tasted wrong.
This has been a similar case other times I have gone, and I am done with this Popeyes.

I tell you want the guy running behind orders is on point. They do not have name tags, but I tell you, they care about their customers. Very polite and clean. Everyone of them running their butts off.

This place could be so much better. So far I've been there 3 times. Once it was very busy but slow. The second time I went inside because there was a line wrapped around to the street and I had ordered through the app. I get inside and the kid didn't have anything ready and forgot my sauces. Tonight I go and they forget the sauces, the guy in the window doesn't speak English, and the nuggets were dried flakes of chicken... or I think that's what it was. Very disappointed.
