Breakfast regular here! Love most of the staff, they are always very nice. However the tot situation.. any time we’ve went (any time of day) the last few weeks the tots taste like they’ve been sitting in old grease. They look crunchy and overdone but they’re soggy and nasty.

This morning the crew that was working was not firing on all cylinders. I ordered a 6 piece cheese stick and 4 of them were 1 big patty so I showed the young lady who said she was sorry and would take care of it. Then she came out with 4 more and asked if I wanted to just keep the 2 that weren’t part of the patty because they only remade 4!!! No ma’am please remake order you can have the one that someone thought “yeah that looks great, throw it in the bag.”

Unfortunately, we are not longer willing to allow teenagers to dictate our meals. Poor service, missing food, receipts conveniently withheld, and attitude when placing orders!

Ordered 2 large milkshakes.
Of course the ice cream machine is down.
There is no way to cancel on the app because the projected time to get order ready was only 5 minutes.
Two RT 44 drinks is not equivalent to two large milkshakes BTW. The cost is about half. The fast food places in BC have been awful across the board. Sonic no exception.
My buns on my hamburger were literally cold and hard. The meat cold. Worst hamburger ever. I will not use the app to order again.

Driving by Bridge City, convenient location to grab plushies and half priced corn dogs. They were cooked to perfection. Staff was friendly and brought our food quickly. If I'd may and not to bring this Sonic or any others down, I do have a complaint about the Sonic prices. Personally, I loved going to the Sonics because of the automatic half priced drinks on the app, now you can't combine any other offers with this special. I understand the economy,but Sonic Corp, wouldn't you rather get people to come in and spend money than spend less or not even approach the establishment because of the prices?
