Well on Sat. 26th we went through the drive thru. The lady took our payment didn't hand my card back so the next young person handed us our ice cream got an attitude because we ask her for our card because she gave us a receipt and then no card. So we set there and kept asking for my card. FINALLY!!! she brought the card back and somewhere between 7 and 9 low and behold came another charge that was more than what we spent. Well took matters into our own hands tried to solve the issue and told them qhat happened of course we got excuse excuse excuse. Someone was got my card info and they just wanted to refund our money nothing done to employee nothing resolved. I still haven't saw a credit on my account for the dollars the manager said would be fixed. So just so people know don't go there unless u pay cash cause someone will get your card info!!! STAY AWAY!

Great place in the mornings and weekdays. Late afternoon and all weekends the wait is unbearable. Currently sat here for 30 mins on a mobile order w 2 drinks. edit- been here for almost an hour since order was confirmed in app and still haven’t got it. Talked to a lady who said it’ll be right out 20 mins ago.

I am a long time customer at this store. But it seems like they are really struggling to get people in and out in a timely manner. So they changed the structure of the ordering area and those spaces now designated for people who order via the app remain empty every time I'm in there. I have left after waiting far too long to be waited on and this is costing this business money. Maybe they need a change of management someone who can manage their customers more efficiently. Just Mark me tired of waiting!

Manager was over worked because she was short staffed but so rude. Granted she was suppose to be off but that's what happens when you take that position. No reason to be rude. Place is really too small, not enough stalls

They take way too long to bring out anything. Even a simple drink. The drive through never answers and you have to say something to get someone’s attention.
Not worth your time ordering here. The drive through is closed and they can't keep up with orders
I did an order online at 3:16 and at 3:42 I still have yet to recieve my order it wasn't a big order just 3 drinks!!

Went at happy hour. Ordered a Junior Double Cheeseburger and Rt 44 Drink easy ice. Drive through was OK speed amd the drive through worker was nice. Burger only had 1 patty and drink was no where near easy ice. I think I hav to be done giving this sonic chances. Maybe I just hav bad luck with them.
The food was good the customer service was good and polite but they forgot an item. I didn't return or call so my bad.

This sonic is really terrible. I just left and there is a sign on drive thru speaker saying drive thru closed due to short staffed. But I counted at least 7 employees. I’m a general manager at a different sonic and I can tell you we do not ever have a sign up saying things like that and we run a shift with 7 people at a time. That’s not short staffed. Ever since they went under new management, it’s just been a bad experience every time we go.
Just posting a review to let everyone know not to be fooled by their advertising. They still don't have the new fries.
This Sonic drive-in has really gone down hill in the past couple of years. It's starting to get difficult to order because it appears only half of the drive up order stations actually function. Definitely in need of some routine maintenance to their facilities.

Normally don’t care to post reviews, but their attitudes stink. We got meals and they left out our sides of tots when I pressed the button to call back he brought back one then didn’t answer when I pressed the button again so I went to drive thru and they had attitudes then told me the tots were in the bag, clearly weren’t. Then we get home and my husband got the toaster melt with bacon and they completely left out the bacon.
