I placed an app order on the 21st. The store did not have the items needed to fulfill my order. This would be fine, if a refund/cancellation was an option. The employees claimed to have no way to cancel or refund my order, not were they willing to agree to allow me to pick up the correct order at a later date. I have put two customer service requests in through the subway website, but have not heard back in over a week. I would love to settle this, as this is no different than theft. My money was taken and I didn't receive anything in exchange.

We had a last minute party of 60 people show up Saturday. Subway in Bridge City was the first place we thought of to feed them lunch. We only gave the 2 ladies working there an hour and half to make 60 sandwiches! They were fabulous!! No problem for those two: Jessica and Sharee.While still serving walk-in customers with a smile, these ladies handled our order with precision and cheerfulness. We took the entire dining room. A flawless lunch experience for our surprise group!

Went at 9:15am. Store closed, no lights on and both employees sitting in their vehicle. She yelled from her truck that they weren’t opening for another 25mins

Website say closes at 10 tried to call no answer, a man went in before us came out we went to open the door and it was locked, workers laughed at us. Went to drive through never got waited on overall bad experience. Sign said open!!

Was very impressed on the bright and clean dining area... their cookies are just right. And my sandwich was made with care & accuracy. I loved the customer service skills these ladies naturally practice.

They say Door dash is responsible to refund my money. Subway is the one that I paid on my debt card!! Will never mess with Subway again!Called Today just to see if they would bring me what they owe me and said I would have to go pick it up!! My order was and is paid for!! Do not do business wit Subway in Bridge City!! They are crooked!
