There is a new owner from what l know, he makes my sandwiches often and today he decided to criticize my sandwich by telling me l needed to eat more vegetables which l found highly unprofessional even if he was joking, he is constantly making any conversation into a lesson or lecture and l find it draining going in there when he is there. When l had asked for black olives there were other items left inside the container from other sandwiches that never got removed and as a result some lettuce got into my sandwich as well and the owner hadn't even noticed. That a good safety concern I take very seriously and l don't think I'll continue to go to this subway in the future .

Mr. David Smith have such amazing customer service. I did a DoorDash order there. He was very kind and nice. Had a happy smile on and I love my experience there he didn’t complain about me going through the drive-through like most companies do. Soon as he opened his window, he stopped what he was doing. He greeted me with a smile. This is a frustrating job, but Mr. David went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile thank you for being so kind.

This sandwich was SO good like… genuinely amazing. Everything was fresh and made perfectly. Shoutout to the night shift crew. The two guys and one woman working were awesome. Super friendly, great energy, so enthusiastic, and you can tell they actually care. Best Subway experience I’ve had in a while. Y’all killed it 👏 Definitely coming back.

The hours 9 to 10 are just a suggestion 20 15 min after 9 and the girls working there say something along the lines of their register not working yet, and they are not apologetic about it it, it’s a take it or leave it kind of thing, customer service is the last thing in their mind, you are more of an annoyance there

Walked in tonight, 08/20/25 @830 to order. The guy preparing the sandwich needs to find another job! His customer service skills are pretty much pathetic. Throwing the lettuce on my sandwich and making me feel like I was a bother is ridiculous! I added avocado, and he got upset! I thought I was the one paying for the food 🙄. I ended up leaving him with the sub in his hands and walking out. I don't want to purchase a sub that is made with disgust. If you don’t like your job son go find your passion! This is not it! This Subway franchise should be ashamed of having you as an employee!

Loved everything about it! I don’t know who the young man was making my salad was, but he was so patient with me and when I tried my tuna salad it was amazing I loved it🥰 To the young man “ I Thank you very much!!

We go there numerous times and always are out of something, so cant get the sandwich we want. Tonight 7/30/25 @ 830 pm the manager closed them down from home because of weather. 10 minutes later the weather calmed down and is fine as I'm doing this review.

Manager has a bad attitude which I see that it spreads to the employees because they are not trained well enough to follow directions and figure out which condiments are which. I've been to the store numerous times in the last 4 years and the last 2 months have been horrible. Manager has everyone on edge if she can't listen to her music while her employees mumble behind her back. They are more focused on her attitude than the paying customer all while she sits in a corner chewing and popping her gum while orders get messed up.

I ordered a footlong subway sandwich through DoorDash. I put in my selections and apparently the app had an issue so it showed a standard sandwich. The dasher was nice enough to go back and get it fixed. Literally wanted double meat, tomatoes and pickles. Not difficult. Instead of telling me they wouldn’t make a new one they scraped off the lettuce and onions and sent it back. Still with oil all over it.
