I made an order to be delivered by Door dash. Order was canceled at the store and yet they still charged me after they canceled my order and will not give me a refund. They say Door dash is responsible to refund my money. Subway is the one that I paid on my debt card!! Will never mess with Subway again!Called Today just to see if they would bring me what they owe me and said I would have to go pick it up!! My order was and is paid for!! Do not do business wit Subway in Bridge City!! They are crooked!

This subway has gotten so bad, worst customer service. They dont answer the phone to take orders so when you go through to the window they have a sign saying short staffed call-ins only. I went through there and seen 3 people standing in there just talking and the lady told me that I need to call in a preorder only because they only do pickups. Then said "next time read the sign". It was crack head looking lady missing like 4 or 5 of her front top teeth. This use to be a good place.

Everything about this store just screamed "Enter at your own risk". The staff was rude. They can't take coupons because they are and I quote "Privately Owned". Who privately owns a major sandwich shop, no one. I do not recommend going to this location.
