I ordered online and once I got home I was missing a couple things they said no problem whenever you do come in to replace it just tell the manager you spoke to, manager on duty. Once I got there to get replacement they also gave me a coupon for a free taco, crunchy or soft and even doritos locos. That's something I like because you don't often get coupons for their mistakes

I spoke to the manager after a crew member called me the “N slur.” the managers name was Tori and honestly it was disgusting how she laughed when I told her.please stay away this place is a disgrace.

I can’t pinpoint it but it messed up my bowels. I have a very strong colony of what you might be thinking. I don’t know what I ate but I had bowel cramps and messed up movements for a week. It’s serious. I don’t know if someone has hep b.
Half of my Baja blast freeze was in my cup holder when I got home because the cup was broke and no mild sauce

I never ever eat fast food. But my husband occasionally eats Taco Bell. I ran to BC Taco Bell last night around 9 to pick him up something and decided to add something for myself….
They were nice and it was quick. They gave me a brown paper bag with all the food inside. I get home and we open the bag and a ROACH crawls out. It wasn’t large. But enough to make me scream. We threw alll the food away.
I know bugs happen. But this is exactly why I do not eat fast food. Period
