Made a big order through the drive thru. 8 bbq crabs, 6lbs of crawfish, 4 smash burger baskets and 4 drinks. All the food came out fresh in a timely manner. Workers were very nice, Crawfish were juicy and very flavorful. Bbq crabs are delicious! And the smash burgers are probably one of the best I’ve had. Also best prices I could find on crawfish. 100% recommend!

Dude, my family and I totally dig the Crawfish Hole! They've got the best prices, the staff is super chill, and the owners are always around, making you feel like family. Plus, I'm a vet with a service dog, and they're totally cool with it. My son's autistic too, and the owner's wife is awesome about him wanting hugs and sometimes getting a little loud. Seriously, for crawfish, Crawfish Hole is the only place to be, no doubt.

My son ordered the chicken strips off the menu. What he got was chicken nuggets. We did return them and got a refund. However, I feel as though the employees should tell consumers that the menu is wrong and that nuggets instead of strips would be the order. I ask, what adult wants chicken nuggets???? None that I know of. Something needs to be done. Either change your menu or instruct employees to let the customer know that they won't be getting strips. Again I ask, what adult wants nuggets?????

i’m so upset… made a call in order today - mother’s day. i made it at 2:30, i knew they were closing at 3 but told the person on the phone i would be there at 2:44. ordered 2 of the #1 special which consisted of 5 lbs crawfish, 1/2 pound of shrimp, 1 snow crab cluster, and 2 potatoes and a corn. was only going there instead of the hut because i wanted crab. got the food, drove the 20 mins back to my home in mauriceville, and opened the food to find no crabs in either bag, also, my bag had NO vegetables (but my bf’s did) couldn’t call the restaurant bc it was past 3 when i got home and into the food. $93 WASTED. will not be placing pick up orders again. i understand since it was mother’s day and if they were busy or even out of crab but wish this was told to me.
