the place is a lunch trailer w a few outside tables next to a main street. When i went he was out or didn’t have what i wanted. Actually im not sure what he did have that day. i went across the street to Brandies. Great service, clean, good food. That’s where i would go again.

The best local crawfish/ Cajun seafood, hands down! This is my second time doing a crawfish order while they’re at County Seat and it was delicious, just like the last time. Can’t recommend them enough! I will be here with my friends, every time!

Went around lunch time early in the week. I would like to review the food, but I can't because I tried to order 4 times and each time was told "oh we are out of that." Then I finally said "ok well what do you have?" Because at this point I was starving and frustrated and his response was to tell me they have sausage but I can't order it because he is saving it for Thursday's I think gumbo or something like that. Very annoying experience, like why even open if I literally can't order anything and then treat me like I'm an inconvenience to you for even trying?

We loved our Saturday afternoon with Crawldaddys. They made an out of town birthday weekend with friends and family an absolute breeze. Absolutely recommend ordering all of the boudin egg rolls and gumbo that you can get your hands on! So delicious!

We went to Lake Fest in Granbury tonight and we had Crawldaddys Egg Rolls. They were fantastically delicious!!! I just wish my stomach was big enough to let me eat 2 orders. If you ever see this food truck STOP! And get some wonderful food that will keep you coming back for more!! Please, Please come to Granbury again, we loved y’all!!!
