Took a motorcycle ride out from Fort Worth. Honestly, our first plan was a different place but it was closed permanently. Glad we chose plan B.
It was a rare beautiful day in December and chose to sit on the nice porch. The server was right there and grabbed our drink orders first. She recommended the fried pickles so we got those to start.
Loved the fried pickles. Plenty of them and great crispy texture, Along with just tasted good.
I chose the mushroom onion burger and substituted onion rings. Only a $1.99 upcharge. I was hoping it would taste as good as it looked when she brought it out. It did! Those onion rings were huge Abe cooked perfectly! The burger was cooked well and tasted good. My only minor complaint is I hate it when a bun overshadows the burger patty. Make the patty slightly bigger. But it tasted really good!

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered door dash and they forgot my salad that was to come with my meal. Maybe do a better job of putting to go meals together.

Our server was very attentive but not overwhelming, the bacon avocado chicken ranch tacos are delicious. 10 out of 10
Smelled horrible walking in. Smelled like old folks home. Came in on a Tuesday for breakfast waited over an hour for cold food, ordered ribeye steak bites and eggs and got a burger patty.... the hash browns was still raw and still never got my toast. Then got a scrambler s.o.s cold and biscuits over cooked and regular gravy instead of sausage gravey. Big taste difference. I had to ask for refill and extra ice. Instead of them seeing i needed drink. Very disappointing for my first time. Menu looks good but poor quality

The food and service were wonderful. Wife got steak fingers and green beans. Generous portions and great taste. I got liver and onions with Mac and cheese. Once again good portions and great taste. I could have made a meal off the Mac and cheese. Very clean facility with on street parking. Our waitress had a wonderful personality, and knew how to keep our glasses filled. A nice outdoor seating area in addition to tables and booths inside. 5 Boys is a winner!
