I don't really have any issues with the food here, but every time the manager named Andy is working the food is perfect. The fries are crispy, the food tastes fresh, and is usually ready pretty quick. Any time I see Andy working there, and I have to wait on my food, he brings it out himself instead of having the staff do it. It's nice to see somebody take pride in there work and lead by example.

Absolute horrible experience with horrible staff! When the African American manager is there it runs great and smooth but today it was a Hispanic man and calling it a nightmare would put it lightly! Mobile order a simple happy meal took over an hour! Staff lied said they were having system issues but I watched the order on the app and then after their repeated lies it was sitting on the counter. Went in twice requested help was told it would be right out, called once was told it would be right out, talked to two people outside was told it would be right out. Requested the manager twice he never would come out or get on the phone. Finally they brought out the wrong thing after an hour and getting the order again. They lied repeatedly and tried to blame the system but it was on the screen, on the app and they were just refusing to fulfill orders on tons of people. The manager took no responsibility and offered no apology for anything. Finally left with cold food, watered down drink and half a wrong order. Only time in my life Iâve left a bad review for anything and probably wouldnât have even on this but the lies and the lack of accountability was beyond bad service!

Used the drive-through on this visit. It was 2:30, after the lunch rush. The team members were courteous, smiling, and acted like they wanted to be there. They got my order right the first time. My total wait time was approximately 5-7 minutes. It would have been faster, but she said they just put in the fries. I've eaten here 4-5 times in the past 2 years and have never had an issue. I will definitely come again. Thanks for a good experience!

Paid for extra cheese on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit at 5AM just to get home and find out that there was NO EXTRA cheese. Pretty disappointed
To the Manager at McDonalds last night named Andy Boatneg. several of our Paradise Baseball boys were hungry after our home game. They pulled up to McDonaldâs and the lobby area was already closed. The Manager not only opened it up so they could sit down and relax and eat after their game, he treated them to a few âextrasââas well! Teenagers often get a bad rep, and I donât know many managers that would welcome a bunch of stinky dirty boys so close to closing, but you did. Us mamas appreciate you!!!! #smalltownproud

When hubby and I come there I think his name is Andy he always smiling and greeting us and having a conversation with my husband we love when heâs there just makes the atmosphere way better andy keep up the great work and thank you for your kindness
