Poor customer service I received from CASSANDRA, the assistant manager. My daughter had placed an online order with 4 pizzas but upon arriving home with the pizzas, one of the boxes was empty. When she attempted to show the empty box to CASSANDRA on her phone, she was extremely rude and told that the boxes are always checked three times by different people. When my daughter called me, I went up to the establishment to present the empty box as evidence, but CASSANDRA displayed a nasty attitude, telling me that she had already made my daughter the pizza what was my problem. I explained that my problem was not with the pizza itself, but rather with the attitude she had towards my daughter. She told me “yes I gave her attitude and what” When opening the box to demonstrate its emptiness, she shrugged her shoulders and said “and all orders are checked 3 times” I informed her that someone didn’t check them. I let her know I intended to file a complaint. Her response was that she was the assistant manager, to which I replied that her position was irrelevant. A simple apology for the inconvenience would have been sufficient, but she failed to apologize, which was disappointing. So we will not be back to Pizza Hut. From now on Dominos and Papa John’s will be the ones that get our business.

great quick service kept my drink full and was not pushy about us ordering right away. gave us time to look over menu and brought out everything we asked. we sat and visited with family for a while and was not pushed out by team members. great service great food.

⭐ 1 star ⭐ 1 star Went to Pizza Hut in Bridgeport, TX for carryout today and the service was terrible. One customer had been waiting over 10 minutes just for a drink refill, another was stuck in line for 15 minutes waiting on her to-go order. No one was at the front counter, and the phone just rang without anyone answering.
I even told the two ladies in the kitchen, who were just standing and talking instead of helping, that customers were waiting. This is the second bad experience in less than two weeks. Very disappointing — we won’t be back.
As my mother-in-law would say: Pizza Hut is FIRED.

They need help. Short staffed. Handed a $50 to pay bill and was told they couldn't accept anything higher than a 20. This is ridiculous. Money is money. Take it or lose business

Wasn't good at all. We did a phone order and it was for delivery and we waited for order to get it but never came so i called them back and they thought i was picking up after i told him when i ordered that it was for delivery. Anyways we finally get our food but it wasn't hot and it was very dry. I paid 40 dollars for this food and it was awful. Wasn't hot and fresh like the manager said they were gonna remake it. I know it wasn't remaid. Not happy about it at all
They just reopened after their fire, and I was pleased!

My thing is when I order an appetizer, I would like that it be brought out before my pizzas, every time I come in here never have I received it before my meal, always at the same time or after my pizza is brought out
