Just ordered a tall caramel macchiato and I get a short one. I paid over 20 bucks and then the birthday pop is soggy and it’s raw in the middle. They need to get better service.

I recently got hired nearby and this Starbucks is the only one closest to me. The last couple of orders I have got have been made poorly, missing ingredients I asked for and has almost no flavor when drinking. I usually try not to complain but this is a repeating pattern I’ve noticed . I would suggest going to Decatur if you’re wanting Starbucks, every time I have went there my order was exactly what I was looking for or was even better.

The store is super clean, and the staff is absolutely wonderful! I just started going to Starbucks and I tend to feel overwhelmed with the choices. With that in mind, there's a new barista named Bex, who was so helpful and patient with making a coffee of my dreams. It was absolutely perfect! This is the only one I'll be going to.

Also, can we talk about the new writing on the cups? So cute and creative — it’s like they’re serving coffee and good vibes all at once.

Bru i literally gave her 19 dollars for my 18 order and then she said it was 18 exactly when i counted twice. And then there was a hair on my drink and not mine bc i have brown hair nd it was short nd black. Ik i can’t rate the workers but if i could the girl at the window would get 0 stars

Clean, quiet , good attitudes and fast service. Typical Sb.
Parking: I can fit my RV class A , when lot is empty but traffic makes getting around the building slow but it’s possible without backing.
