Cool folks working.. BUT come on coming out of the office and turn on water in order to wash hands but only drippling water onto your finger tips for 5 seconds or so.. thats not proper hygiene. You can do that stuff at home be as nasty as you want. Then when asked to wash hands I get laughed at. Wow customer service and self respect is out the window. I venture to say the manager and or owner know how these people operate but won't do anything since they pay them so low and nobody else wants to come take the postion, so you keep them around until the cause a real problem.

Visited this subway yesterday and got two footlongs. I have tried to avoid this location in the past due to the old lady working there giving attitude. It was a different experienced yesterday. The guy who helped me was wonderful. Very nice and very quick and efficient, even when other people working wouldn’t jump in and help even with other customers in store. I believe his name was Caleb. He even helped out a customer whose card was declining and holding up the line which I never see happen. If you’re gonna go to this location but you’ve had concerns, make sure Caleb is there to help you. Food was excellent too.

When I was in there today there was one worker that was bring rude to the other workers and she didn't act like she wanted to wait on the customer in front of her she just wanted to make online orders other then that it was great and the other 2 employees were awesome

Don’t waste your time using the app for this location. You’ll arrive and have to wait in line for 15 minutes. When you tell them you have a mobile order they’ll hand it to you from the work area. They don’t put the mobile orders on the pickup rack in the dining area near the fountain machine. This has happened to me several times. Granted they always seem short handed so it’s more of a management problem it seems. Again, the app won’t save you time at the Bridgeport store.

Caleb has really brought this subway location down the level of disrespect. He showed to his coworker that was working hard to fill online orders and keep the customers happy inside of the store was all deemed worthless due to Caleb’s poor attitude and performance behind the counter, he wouldn’t give customers what they wanted, even though the lady that was saying her kids didn’t like anything other than chocolate chip cookies and the other Subway employee was telling Caleb that there was cookies in the back that are finished if you’d go back and get them for her, he still refused not to go get the chocolate chip cookies for her Also was being belligerent with customers and inciting violence inside the store

Drove to the location because in the past we had already several issues, so I wanted to order in person. Got 3 veggie delight, but when I custom ordered the ingredients, I was told that more then 6 olives on a foot long sandwich would be too much. AS IF veggies are soo expensive! The attitude KELEB had was from a other planet. He wanted to argue with me that Subway restricts how many of each veggies goes on a sandwich. AND that the rule is 6 olives per FOOTLONG, that's a joke! BUT to be honest, it might be the franchise owner! Well I will let this complain run all the way up to HQ!!!

Attitude at this location has kinda been hit or miss. Today was a big miss. The meat didn’t even reach the end of the bread by a good inch or two. Then it was slathered with sauce. Hardly any onions put on. Just like…damn man.

They constantly short you on protein and never add the extra items when asked. Which you are charged for by the way. They are either lazy or just ok with stealing from the community they serve. I have ordered extra protein multiple times and it seems like I actually get less than the normal amount each time I do.

I came here yesterday for the first time and ordered 3 meals. The guys there were patient and friendly. The kids said the food was great. The only negative was that they were out of sweet tea but overall decent location!
