Ordered on kiosk. Everything that we said not to have lettuce on, they put lettuce. Didn't get my fiesta potatoes until we left, they forgot about them. They gave us 2 coupons for soft tacos to make up for it.

Manager interrupted over the intercom while I asked for a few sides of chips and a few sides of cheese. Justin “aka” Manager with raised voice and disrespectfully says,”so you want chips and cheese!.” I stated, No sir I’d like 2 sides of chips and two sides of cheese please.” Interrupting the very nice Lady working the window was uncalled for. I pulled up to the window and this Guy says starting tomorrow we can’t do sides of chips or sides of cheese, you have to buy chips and cheese. “Ummm, what do you think I’m doing, I thought.” This “manager” needs to talk to people with respect. This is Texas. I asked the sweet lady at the window to ask for him to come back and called him out on being overly aggressive on how he talked to me. I just worked a 60hr week and wanted what the MENU offers. This Justin Manager guy needs about 200 hrs of video training on how to be polite and an actual manager and not a person who thinks he grows all of Taco Bell’s food in his backyard. That is all, but props to the sweet lady working the window, She should be the Manager!!! Also, props to whoever keeps it clean up there when I have walked inside, it’s always perfectly clean, especially the bathroom!!! Put Justin on bathroom duty, people who want to spend their hard earned cash and get approached like that are asking for conflicts. Also, I’m the last person who wants conflicts. FACTS

Slowest moving Taco Bell in America. Drive through is empty and no else is here but it takes 15-20mins to make a burrito…being “understaffed” isn’t the issue

Exact same experience as others in reviews. Definitely not the workers fault, poor management/owner. I feel sorry for the employees. It must be embarrassing to them. Having people pull around and wait after ordering in the drive-thru defeats the purpose of fast food and a drive-thru. It's deceiving everyone by having people wait in the parking lot on the other side after ordering and paying for what you think will be 'fast food' or a quick stop.

Look, if anyone expects flawless food and service at a Taco Bell, they are going to go through life constantly disappointed and angry. Sometimes sauce is forgotten. Sometimes that veggie you don't like is added even though you said you don't want it. You know what this Taco Bell does have? Cheap food and the kindest people you'll ever meet who will screw up your order with a smile on their face. That's the best anyone can ask from a Taco Bell, and this location fulfills its purpose.
I usually get the box meal because it has a lot of food for a good price. There are a lot of other very tasty options as well, so it never gets boring.

Taco Bell is that late-night bestie who always comes through. The crunchwrap? Iconic. The cheesy fiesta potatoes? Comfort in a cup. Creamy jalapeño sauce? Divine. Everything’s fast, flavorful, and totally hits when I’m craving something bold and satisfying.

Don’t go here for late night food, you can have a DD and think your safe, but your not. My sober husband who was joking with me and my brother in law (we had been drinking) were just having fun and dear god. They will call the cops on you. Even when the person working the drive through says “welcome to DoorDash” “oh sorry, Taco Bell” Sad because this is my favorite FF place. After tonight I will not be back. Punishing people for being safe is ridiculous. Also, when you miss word your greeting (which we laughed off) maybe you were the one who needed to be tested.
