To say we frequent Subway is an understatement! We are very familiar with many different subways! I hate to say this one is severely lacking because this is the one closest to our home and one that we would spend a lot of money at. However, personnel’s speediness leaves a lot to be desired. Beginning of this weeks tuna was extra chewy, dry, and the flavor was OFF; couldn’t continue after 3 bites! Today they had no tomatoes, tea was noticeably flat, none of the chips we get, no sweet n’ low…. In One of our favorite subways you will frequently see the owner, working and managing! I hope this store can strive for a better standard!

Last night I went into the subway in Brock with my crewmates after work to get a sandwich. We came in about 15 minutes before closing but we had just got off work. I had ordered and waited for my coworker to finish ordering his food. The blonde woman who took his order and rang him up was very rude. She did not take the time to properly make his sandwich and just threw it together. She told us to leave while we were standing at the door, waiting for our coworker to finish paying. We were not rude whatsoever until she yelled at us and she threatened to call the police on us if we did not leave (we were waiting on our coworker still). After this altercation, I personally will not be returning to this store. Do not come here!!!

Absolutely horrible!!!We've purchased from this store several times and have never had this bad of experience.Meatballs were hard as a rock. We couldn't even bite into it them. When we opened the sandwich to look at them they were dry and hard. Not sure if they were old or way over cooked ?The meat on the Spicy Italian wasn't the correct kind. When we opened the sandwich to look at the meat it was all different colors. It was clear the meat was bad. We ended up throwing it all away. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
Good selection and fresh ingredients. Service was very good and friendly.

I wish I remembered the name of the guy that waited on us, but he was so nice! Smiled the whole time! Even when I asked him to change his gloves, because I'm a vegetarian, he never stopped smiling and was just amazing! Thank you! ??

I went to order a sandwich and the female employee was rude when she replied to my questions as if I was becoming a problem. She looked upset at me the entire time of my order and wasn't able to delivery friendly customer service. The previous time I went the same girl took my order in a rude tone and manner.
