On a road trip from Fort Worth to Tucson we were in search of a great coffee shop and found one shortly outside of Fort Worth. The Daily Grind in Brock, TX did not disappoint. There was a small farmers market outside with beautiful views of the valley. I highly recommend a visit as it’s only a few minutes off of interstate 20.

I was not up to making breakfast this morning. So I decided to try TDG. First time there and I went to taste the Breakfast Burritos they announced. As a caterer, I would never serve this nor sell this to a customer. The burrito was drenched in grease, even after I soaked it up with a paper towel, more grease was released. The burrito had been sitting there for a while as you can see in the picture it was crispy 😐. 2 Burritos for $15.00 yikes!!! My fault for not making my own.

This place is my daily stop for coffee and breakfast before a long 12 hr shift. The customer service is amazing every time you pull up to the window no matter who greats you. However, the young man specifically has a way of turning a bad day into a great day every time! The owner has recognized loyal customers and has been very generous and understanding a few times with me personally. Once, I forgot my wallet and don’t realize it until I had already ordered-she gave me my food and coffee for free that day. The second instance, my coffee order was wrong so they gave me the original and the corrected order without charging me for the corrected order. If you are considering trying this place DO IT!! everything is amazing including the employees!

Stopped in one morning coming from Granbury. Super friendly staff and great coffee/food! Worth a stop!

Breakfast is microwaved and terrible, therefore the breakfast is overpriced, but the coffee and the service are great. I want to love this place because the coffee is great, but it is a bummer to have to drive up to the Eagles Nest to get a good burrito and then drive here for coffee.

I have been to this café quite a bit. Today I tried the overnight oats...they were amazing! Went well with my iced Rattler. As always the employees are always smiling.

Tasty coffee but very slow service at drive through. About 15 minutes with nobody in line ahead of us.
