On a road trip from Fort Worth to Tucson we were in search of a great coffee shop and found one shortly outside of Fort Worth. The Daily Grind in Brock, TX did not disappoint. There was a small farmers market outside with beautiful views of the valley. I highly recommend a visit as it’s only a few minutes off of interstate 20.
This place is my daily stop for coffee and breakfast before a long 12 hr shift. The customer service is amazing every time you pull up to the window no matter who greats you. However, the young man specifically has a way of turning a bad day into a great day every time! The owner has recognized loyal customers and has been very generous and understanding a few times with me personally. Once, I forgot my wallet and don’t realize it until I had already ordered-she gave me my food...
Breakfast is microwaved and terrible, therefore the breakfast is overpriced, but the coffee and the service are great. I want to love this place because the coffee is great, but it is a bummer to have to drive up to the Eagles Nest to get a good burrito and then drive here for coffee.
