Burger was OK but the fries cold and almost half was hard as a rock

It takes FOREVER to order food in the drive through. Been waiting over 5 min just to hear someone take my order. There is only one car in front of me and they are at the window. Their order took forever as well.

Asked for a buttermilk ranch in the drive thru. I pulled to a parking spot, but they forgot to put it in my bag. The staff member walks back to doorway where another staff member throws one across the restaurant and lands on the floor. The person picks it up, busted and open, walks to my car and hands it to me.

Came here finding out they are not taking orders at the moment… no one was in it….

Went to the drive thru and waited 10 mins for someone to take my order. I get to the window and sit another close to 5 mins and nobody comes to the window to take payment or let me know anything.

Grilled chicken sandwich. From ole or Milagros at the Brookshire location. Grill the chicken jalapeños grilled, yellow cheese the sauce will be a mix of bbq ,creamy avocado ,jack in. The box hot sauce, Take the sourdough bread place on the grill smash it down as thin as you can . Add pickles spinach. Yep

I love jack but the service SUCKS!!! they always get my order wrong, if you are going to give me the wrong thing, at least give me something that doesn’t taste like A SCHOOL BURGER

I have been this location a few time. My company moved in the area. Almost everytime I go to jack in the box drive thru, the lady that is assigned there is always talking fast. Once I get to the window she ready off what I ordered. Well when I am told to pulled to the front someone will bring out the food. When happens the order is wrong. Mind you I am on my lunch hour. To top it off eveytime I ask for a reciept she tells me it will be in the bag and it never is. So I don't know what my reciept has . This is unacceptable. Why is when a customer orders what customer wants, us customer get what the server wants to give. . It's not right. I ask to add cheese to my fish sandwich and no cheese. Was i charged or not charged idk a recipet was never given again

So we came in on Saturday at noon to order 45 sourdough Jacks and it was not appreciated at all!?
Why is it that employees are aloud to argue about an order like that????????
I love Sour Dowjack and wanted to make my employees happy, they were made with out love and the bread wasn’t toasty sorry that we gave you this inconvenience.
