Worst management ever!! Waited over 30mins in the drive thru had to get off and get my order then waited another 20mins for it still not to be ready. Then I asked an employee if I could please speak with the mgr he stated she was busy and did not want to get out of her chair. Finally, after 15mins she walked up to the front very angry and approached me by asking me ‘ what do you want with me’ mind you this is the manager (Sheryl) she was so unprofessional and proceeded to yell at my husband and I. As I was continuing to still try to speak with her she walked off and never returned back to the front. Although the very young employees were very respectful and handed me my food the manager never once apologized to us nor did she ever acknowledge us waiting for our order over 45mins.

What is wrong with this morning employees if opening up at 5 am is too much for you find another job extremly rude with an attitude the black lady with the mustache and the young black dude always have his hat sideways either they need retraining or fired asap never coming back to this location.

McDonald’s is always good but the minute they open up at McDonald’s close to my house they coming here. They’re always so slow. It looks like a ghost town in there feels like only one employee works there. Don’t come here if you’re running late for work cause you’ll be here for about 45 minutes

Terrible service. No one at the counter,I ask the lady cleaning the lobby if she could get someone she said just say hello,so I did. The girl with purple hair who was looking at her phone said one moment, continue to scroll her phone. The lady cleaning went behind the counter the girl with the purple hair went to the back and sent someone else he said he couldn't accept a 100.00 so he went to get the girl with purple hair who called herself Debbie I ask for the store manager name she said Shell. I ask for corporate # she gave me the store #. Common courtesy goes a long way MCDONALD'S chose better employees. Thank you! Annie.

Not clean, recipes on the floor, dirty tables, screens with the menus broken and to top it off order was wrong

What's wrong with this place? To begin with, the people in the kitchen are on the phone and do not place orders, there are 8 people in line waiting to be served and the cashier just ignores us and continues to look at the phone. Finally they don't make the orders on time, we wait 38 minutes just for some burgers and drinks.
