On November 17th 2024 around 10:30pm
I ordered through the app and when i arrived the guy who served me was extremely rode and before i finish talking to him he close the window and walk away and totally ignored me when i tried to tell him to fix my order. i keeped waiting at the window to ask him for his name and he said his name Mario.im not sure if that was his real name or No for this reason i mentioned the date and time.
this guys was super disrespectful and didn't bother him self to correct my order.
absolutely last time ordering from this branch.
and absolutely i will call popyes costumer service for this issue.
We pay for this service so at least we deserve a good service with smiley face

The chicken tender box was good and hot, but this was only economical because they have $6.50 special. However, when I made it to the window and wanted to add the soft drink that was offered to me at the intercom for $1, she told me it would now cost $2.50. Highway robbery, stick to the Tuesday special or be prepared to pay way more than it's worth.

I ordered #4 signature chicken meal with side of mash potato, but unfortunately when I get home there wasn’t any mash potatoes. Employees should pay more attention to their work at all times. Popeyes please fix this!

I came to Popeyes and the guy who was working at the window was so sweet and the food was great.Awsome experience ❤️

The food was good the only thing I am concerned about is the restrooms, they’re super smelly and seem to lack ventilation. It makes you feel like you’re suffocating when you’re in the restroom.

I was getting take out and saw thy gave me the wrong food, that's okay it happens, I asked if they had MY order back there and it turned out they gave my order away to someone else. My order was 30 bucks. The food I got looked like a chicken sandwich or something along those lines. I asked the manager what the issue was and he didnt offer any help at all and said just take that order. I didn'tlike popeyes before and now I can say I hate them. Fire the manager and replace him with a robot or a zoo animal and youll get better results. Wasted my money and its a shame he cant take responsibilityfor his lack of ability to make orders correct. Hate to say it butprobably why he works in fast food at his age, sad in fact

We order 12 pieces of chicken and they're shorting us on two pieces. I called several times to let them know what's going on, and they never answer and you cannot leave a message. I'm really disappointed. Because we paid over $40 for our food.
