This is a Texas treasure in Waller county is known for its crawfish and it's boudin but my favorite is the crawfish etouffee pladder with two fried catfish it's served with white rice and toast it is to die for the gumbo is also delicious in the alligator really good unfortunately the best thing on the menu in my opinion is the cajun fries but lately they've been out of them a lot they do have good regular fries but that patty melt with the cajun fries and jalapenos is a supreme meal and it doesn't break the bank so before you think about driving out to brookshire or driving all the way to Katy to go get something to eat don't forget about your local repkas $40 here you can get you two meals or three served like a king matter of fact I'm going to order right now

I just moved to Pattison not too long ago and this has been my favorite go to place. The food quality is really good and the staff is extremely nice! If you’re looking for a little hole in the wall country vibe restaurant- this is definitely the place to go!

I was unable to make it for their awesome crawfish they serve, so stopped in to eat fried shrimp and oysters which were ok. Of note, the fried oysters were very large, the biggest I think I ever had but maybe a bit too large for being fried. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

Great hole in the wall for southern comfort foods that all taste scratch made and cooked with ❤️. I can't wait to go back. I got crawfish and the shrimp jammers. My wife got fried catfish with the boudin balls and fried mushrooms. Everything was mmmm mmmmm mmmmmmmm.
