This is a Texas treasure in Waller county is known for its crawfish and it's boudin but my favorite is the crawfish etouffee pladder with two fried catfish it's served with white rice and toast it is to die for the gumbo is also delicious in the alligator really good unfortunately the best thing on the menu in my opinion is the cajun fries but lately they've been out of them a lot they do have good regular fries but that patty melt with the cajun fries and jalapenos...
I just moved to Pattison not too long ago and this has been my favorite go to place. The food quality is really good and the staff is extremely nice! If you’re looking for a little hole in the wall country vibe restaurant- this is definitely the place to go!
I was unable to make it for their awesome crawfish they serve, so stopped in to eat fried shrimp and oysters which were ok. Of note, the fried oysters were very large, the biggest I think I ever had but maybe a bit too large for being fried. Worth a stop if you are in the area.
