This was a great place to visit. Everyone was very nice and the tour was interesting and informative. I don't even like Fireball, but my boyfriend and I happily left there with a bottle of their delicious Shirefire, which has an amazing flavor without being overpowered.

Finally got the chance to stop by, and it was well worth it! Greeted by the owner, George, and his family as we walked in the door, he spent quite a bit of time telling us about all of his creations, and they were ALL very tasty and very smooth! The mixed drinks were well done and overall, I would definitely recommend stopping by for a fun boozy afternoon in a great atmospheric space and excellent folks who work hard to make sure you have everything you need to have a wonderful experience. Support your local, veteran-owned distillery!!!

Following the Texas whiskey trail. Recently started seeing their bottles on the shelves here in Houston and had to stop in and check em out. Talked with the owner and staff, you can tell they are "good" people. Tried some whiskies and left with a couple of bottles. They have some rye resting that i will be going back for once its time to bottle. Stop in and give em a shout, some really good cocktails to try as well.

We had a great time at the distillery, the owners were gracious and very friendly. The tasting room is a cool place to hang out, meet folks and learn some interesting things about whiskey. We didn’t do the tour on this visit but I would next time. The spirits are all quite tasty with the Shire Oak and Percheron being my favorites. Definitely worth the stop if you are following the whiskey trail and we will return.
