I just placed a order with this subway in brookshire TX to receive notice after that the order was canceled because supposedly they was to busy to do my order.It doesn't matter how busy you are your supposed to fix every order ,it was the fact that they didn't want to do they didn't.Get your store together or shut it down!

the attention of the staff excellent fast the performance in the attention and in assembling the sandwich that you want since I only have 20 minutes of lunch and I always go there since the attention is fast, although sometimes there are rude clients who make them delay in the attention but the staff gets rid of some berinche of a client . Perfect work.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place needs one. First don’t order online because the don’t have the order ready. Second, none of them speak English(just for anyone that don’t know Spanish). The sandwich I ordered was very poorly made and they looked at me weird when I wanted more vegetables.

I’ll be really honest, the fact we have two employees who don’t speak a word in English is crazy to me!! The guy working there today was incredibly rude when asking questions about the menu. He was on the phone while the other girl did almost everything. If she’s dating him dump his ass!! Since I seen them both arrive together. Newais I know that not a lot of ppl want this kind of jobs but owners should really get ppl that are actually wanting to serve. As a manager of almost 20 years in the same industry I was shocked to see how this guy acts. He definitely Venezuelan.

The area this Subway is located in experienced a storm that left many without power for a considerable amount of time. Needless to say, this location preferred to not take a loss and served me spoiled food. I ignored the signs that are now obvious, and I now have food poisoning.

The bread was poorly cooked, very small and few ingredients, the man who served me did not speak English, he seemed Latin, I do not discriminate but he should do his job better, he did not understand that I needed a napkin, my bread was an all-American, I only put it on 4 slices of ham when the page said it had 12 slices of whole bread, the sauce only put 1 line when it should have 3, then this guy tried to charge me extra for my demands that are within what other Subway really offer, definitely his attitude she was very rude

Why is the servers covering the food and when they are making the sandwich where you can no longer see what is going your food? When I got home, there was very little meat way less then normal.
Dietary restrictions: if you want veggies, pretty much most of what your getting.
