The worst service and customer experience I have ever received at a Subway location.

I placed my order online and came to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, my two sandwiches were not ready. The employee told me that they were not going to give me my order, even though it had already been paid for. The employee then called the store manager, and the manager also refused to give me my order.

As a result, I was forced to pay again in the store, meaning I paid twice for the same order, and on top of that, I received extremely poor and unprofessional customer service.

I will never return to this location. It is very important for Subway as a company to review and investigate these practices, because what these employees and managers are doing is taking advantage of customers and essentially stealing from them.

I am attaching my order as evidence to show that what I am stating is completely true.

My 1st time there . Line was almost to the front door. Only 2 people working behind the counter. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich. They did put in microwave. When I got to my office that is 2 minutes away. My sandwich was super cold. What is the reason sandwich was put in microwave if sandwich is very cold. The chicken was cold. I had to use the microwave at work to heat up the sandwich. Very unsatisfied with this place.

I just placed a order with this subway in brookshire TX to receive notice after that the order was canceled because supposedly they was to busy to do my order.It doesn't matter how busy you are your supposed to fix every order ,it was the fact that they didn't want to do they didn't.Get your store together or shut it down!

This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad meatball sub. Neither of the employees spoke English and it took 30 minutes to get the sub. This location doesn’t have mozzarella cheese or Parmesan. Watery marinara sauce🤮

Ordered online & i ordered more in my sandwich. They forgot the banana peppers, spinach, and pickles. I ordered 3 sandwiches and they all came out missing something.

the attention of the staff excellent fast the performance in the attention and in assembling the sandwich that you want since I only have 20 minutes of lunch and I always go there since the attention is fast, although sometimes there are rude clients who make them delay in the attention but the staff gets rid of some berinche of a client . Perfect work.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place needs one. First don’t order online because the don’t have the order ready. Second, none of them speak English(just for anyone that don’t know Spanish). The sandwich I ordered was very poorly made and they looked at me weird when I wanted more vegetables.

I’ll be really honest, the fact we have two employees who don’t speak a word in English is crazy to me!! The guy working there today was incredibly rude when asking questions about the menu. He was on the phone while the other girl did almost everything. If she’s dating him dump his ass!! Since I seen them both arrive together. Newais I know that not a lot of ppl want this kind of jobs but owners should really get ppl that are actually wanting to serve. As a manager of almost 20 years in the same industry I was shocked to see how this guy acts. He definitely Venezuelan.
