I asked to buy a bunch of chicken to carry back to Big Spring. Left and came back an hour later, paid for my chicken and what ate on the way home, without my family, was GREAT!
I know these reviews can go really bad or really great, my opinion is not leading or misguided.

Drove by there on our way home @ 7:31pm on a Sunday got to the window to order and they said it was going to be a minute because they had just dropped the chicken in and they didn't have any at the time. Very disappointing

I'd like to express significant disappointment with my recent experience at this KFC location. Unfortunately, the service was subpar, with issues in management oversight. Both the manager and new manager fell short in ensuring a positive dining experience. The food did not meet expectations, and the cleanliness of the establishment was concerning. Furthermore, it was apparent that only a few staff members were present, and those working seemed to be treated poorly.
Given the importance of quality service, food, and cleanliness in a dining establishment, I strongly believe this location requires immediate attention to address these critical issues, ideally through new management. In a small town where news travels quickly, I would strongly advise against visiting this KFC due to these substantial concerns.

We got a 8pc meal and the forgot the gravy for the potatoes. Then ordered 6 hush puppies and got three, even though they charged for everything fine. Super slow, and order is never right.

Again, unbelievably slow with extra wait times because “a really big family came in and ordered all the tenders.” The only reason I ordered tenders was because the normal fried chicken was also on a long wait.
Still had feathers fried into my chicken not an add on order.

Recently went through the drive thru after church a couple of weeks ago. We were in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes! When we finally arrived at the window we paid for our order and received our drink but the attendant asked us to pull up and wait an additional 4 minutes for our tenders to be ready! We waited 20 more minutes only for them to come out and ask us to pull around to the main entrance.I went inside and got a refund and they had the gall to say that they would still be charging for the drink they gave us! That was never even in dispute! Looking at the other patrons tables, everybody had my drinks in front of them and no food! There was a total of 4 people behind the counter with one teenager frying the chicken. Their attitude was beyond the pale! My family used to frequent this place weekly but that is no longer the case! I don't believe the manager, who is a wonderful person, was there that day and is in unaware of what happens in their absence.
