I went here and upon walking in. All the employees were sitting down on the tables playing UNO and some where on there phones which they weren’t on break because I asked, including the so called manager. The Taco Bell looked a little dirty and unclean. Ya, NOT A GOOD LOOK. So I don’t know why they were all sitting around when there was work to be done… I ordered my food which they showed courtesy which is good but when they got up from the tables to make my order they didn’t wash their hands and began to make my food. Then when I got my burrito it barely had any beef and was folded into a half a burrito 🤔. What the hell? But they did fix it. Still not very professional and I was disappointed in my visit.

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, multiple employees walked by me, and not a word was spoken. So I decided to use the restroom,it was dirty. Since I was traveling through the area i just need something to put in my stomach. I got back in line. Not much of a line, I was the only one. Order my food. When I got it, it was cold. I just walked out.

Hands down the WORST Taco Bell in the country! Terrible service and food!

Dine in service is terrible. We order on the kiosk and then have to wait a good while for them to actually come to the counter. The food is alright, other locations definitely do better. Atmosphere is great. It’s nice that there’s no tv or music blaring. The drive thru is definitely main priority. If they could treat their customers better for dining in I would change this review but until then here it is.

I regret going to this location. Mobile orders here are of no benefit. Only drive-thru is available as well. It’s even hard to run a fast food restaurant with one person running it. What’s worse is I did not get a reply from customer service from the previous incident at another location. Has Taco Bell lost its purpose?
