They don’t even deserve one star been trying to eat Taco Bell for a couple weeks ever time I pull up they have a excuse of they are out of something or they only doing cash or card who ever managing this store needs to do a better job

Hands down the WORST Taco Bell in the country! Terrible service and food!

Dine in service is terrible. We order on the kiosk and then have to wait a good while for them to actually come to the counter. The food is alright, other locations definitely do better. Atmosphere is great. It’s nice that there’s no tv or music blaring. The drive thru is definitely main priority. If they could treat their customers better for dining in I would change this review but until then here it is.

I regret going to this location. Mobile orders here are of no benefit. Only drive-thru is available as well. It’s even hard to run a fast food restaurant with one person running it. What’s worse is I did not get a reply from customer service from the previous incident at another location. Has Taco Bell lost its purpose?

This Taco Bell had no napkins for my to-go order. The young lady at the takeout window was very sorry about it. And it is not her fault. But no napkins for to-go orders are ridiculous. However, the food was consistent with other Taco Bells. It was good.

got there on 8-04-24 at about 1pm. placed an order on the kiosk. One family was inside waiting. Three different times he had to go to the counter because his order was not right.I ordered 4 soft tacos and a burrito. After sitting there 45 minutes a gentleman walked in and had been waiting 35 in the drive thru. At this point I asked a lady for my money back. Her reply to someone in the back this dude wants his money back. A large man with a long beard rounded the corner and said "you need to be patient". The man in the drive thru said he wanted a refund as well. He was told if you don't like it go somewhere else. A young male took my card to do a debit. when he returned he threw my card on the counter not saying a word. Please look at the cameras, it was the worst experience I have had at a fast food place. I have been managing people for 25 years and there would for sure be at least two with out a job. I would not recommend to anyone but will tell everyone . this is the Brownfield TX, location

This Taco Bell location literally ruined my day and wasted my entire work lunch. I was left so upset, all these reviews are accurate they will mess up the most simplest order. This location makes me wonder if they even change gloves or wear gloves at all. My fry container was caked with the seasoning and it was so gross and greasy. Do yourself a favor and do not go. You're better off eating dirt than eating at this place.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO MY ORDER IS EITHER MESSED UP OR THEY ARE OUT OF SOMETHING ON THE MENU!!!!!!!! And Taco Bell is a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!!! There’s no reason I should be waiting in line for 15 to 20 mins!! Get it together!!!!
