Sorry, we ate it before we took pix! It was AMAZING! I had the chopped brisket sandwich with beans and my husband had the sliced brisket sandwich with potato salad. CHEF'S KISS! 🤌🥪. Headed back home to Lubbock after spending Thanksgiving Day & weekend in Ruidoso, and no joke, this was BY FAR the best meal we had on the whole trip! Bottles are on the tables so you can add/drink as much of that beautiful BBQ sauce as you want. VERY clean and they were all so nice...
Amazing. I've eaten my way across Texas, and this BBQ is the real deal. The brisket has the smoke ring and is super tender... We had the meat platter (chicken beef and sausage) and it was all great. Came back and had the Frito pie and brisket sandwich. It was all great! Carlos is truly an artist when it comes to BBQ.
A recent visit was my third time grabbing food to go.
A small BBQ sandwich with Lays chips is my go to order. For Brownfield, The BBQ Barn is a hidden gem off the main road and in terms of moist and delicious BBQ. My sandwiches never disappoint. The BBQ sauce is the perfect mix of kinda tangy and sweet.
This time I treated myself to chocolate cake. Yummo!
