We turned up about 12:30 and they were already out of 3 of the meat choices. Slightly annoying but other than that, the food was superb! I have no idea what the rib rub consisted of but it's the best damn rub I've ever tasted!
Gets the job done. Tasty BBQ with lots of options. The rub used on the ribs is pretty special. This joint is clearly popular as some of the meats had already run out by 1230 and most of the sears were taken. Would stop by again if passing by.
This is in the top ten barbecue places I have ever visited, and I have lived in Texas for over two decades, plus another decade in other areas of the South. My only regret is that I live five hours away and have only been to this town once.
