Staff was initially rude and seem bothered someone came on to order at the counter. Understaffed and overworked employees seems to be the biggest problems. Food tasted like it been under a heat lap at a gas station for hours. The crew forgot my shake with my meal took another 10 minutes to get it, but did eventually get it.

Been watching these dead flies for over a month...they never clean them..wonder what the kitchen is like..I have pictures of the dead flies in the inside window sill but it won't give me option to load

Food is usually hot and fresh! They do great with getting orders correct and out in a timely manner. Honestly, the best sonic around here!
i ordered a coke and a mozzarella stick, my mozzarella sticks were cold and i received a doctor pepper, i do not like doctor pepper. Had i realized it sooner i would've went back in to get my coke but i was half way home and it was no longer worth my time. Do better.

I drive thru this location EVERYDAY and pray this one person is there every morning to take my order because I know it will be done correctly but most mornings its not so I can't order what I want. I always ask for them to cook my tater tots w/cheese fresh & they don't unless Amber is there. She's the only person that will make sure it's done right. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PUT AMBER ON FOR MORNING HOURS SO I CAN GET MY FOOD ORDER DONE RIGHT! I'M TIRED OF ORDERING FOOD THAT GETS THROWN AWAY AND THEN I FILL OUT THE SURVEY AND TRASH Y'ALL AGAIN!
