My husband and I went for brunch on Saturday, 9/20/25. It was fantastic. He got the French toast, and I got the pancakes. I also got a cold brew.
The cold brew was delicious and really hit the spot. My husband said he loved the French toast. My pancakes were a little more sweet than I’m used to, but still tasted amazing. The portions were huge! Neither of us could finish our meals.
We will definitely be back!

My husband & I visited for dinner on Friday night. We had a reservation at 7 we were sat right away our waiter was Christopher he was very attentive. We ordered the stuffed crab avocado & we devoured it, it was amazing, rich in flavor paired with salsa verde. I ordered the fried catfish & my husband a spicy burger we were both extremely pleased with the food. It was delicious everything tasted amazing! I will definitely return, keep up the great service!!!

Brunch at Brooklyn’s Down South in Buda is an absolute must! We stopped in yesterday and were blown away. The mimosas were perfectly balanced refreshing without being too sweet and the French toast was hands-down the best I’ve had in Texas: fluffy, perfectly golden, and topped just right.
But the real star was Kennedy, our server. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel like a VIP the moment you sit down energetic, friendly, and on top of every detail. She kept our drinks filled, made spot-on recommendations, and somehow managed to make a busy brunch rush feel relaxed and fun.
Brooklyn’s is already a gem for food and atmosphere, but Kennedy’s service took the whole experience to another level. Can’t wait to come back!

The quality of the food was satisfactory, however, the service experience was less than ideal. Specifically, the server neglected to deliver the appetizer and subsequently failed to provide the requested to-go beverage. Furthermore, the server's demeanor was perceived as impersonal, resulting in an uncomfortable dining experience. As a result, we will not be revisiting this establishment.

Great place to be in the morning. Not extremely busy for a Sunday morning. Very nice atmosphere, and the service was great. Was at the bar and attended by bartender who was very professional and friendly, and very attentive. Had eggs benedic with briskets. So far the best place I've been down south. Thank you
We came early on a Friday night. Our server was Kennedy- she did a great job. The place filled pretty quickly after our 430pm arrival. The seafood stuffed cucumber bites were amazing. Crispy, cool cucumber stuffed with a generous amount of very tasty seafood.
The entrée is the only thing that left a bit to be desired. It was a NY Strip topped with grabbed stuffed mushrooms served with mashed potatoes and crispy green beans.
The flavor was excellent. Presentations were great. The set back came with the quality of the cut. I don't have a specific comment other than it was just not that melt in your mouth, fresh off the grill kinda meat. I was not impressed with the texture nor the tenderness. Even though it came out exactly as I ordered it- Medium rare. The spinach side and achiote veggies were a great addition.
The best part was the Bread Pudding. I absolutely enjoyed the plate, I should have taken Kennedy's suggestion to add vanilla ice when she offered...instead I had to add it a little after taking my first bite. I may not order the steak again, but everything else was great. When im in the area I will definitely give them another shot.

Little hole in the wall - bit run down restaurant that has the most amazing food and cocktails! I can honestly say it was the best food that I have had in years. We shared an appetizer that was a seafood stuff cucumber basket. 10 out of 10 on presentation and flavor… a bit on the spicey side. Then we shared the chef special for our main entree: new york strip with a crab stuffed mushrooms. Probably the best flavor profile we have had in years. Delicious! But would not order again - the steak came cut and was tough! We made mention of it to server but she excused it as probably just that one steak. Hence, the review on service and food. We closed our meal with the bread pudding, By far, the best bread pudding we have eaten. Dont pass this up. We declined the icecream upon ordering but after the first bite, we ordered it STAT. Over all, this would be a restaurant, I would highly recommend. The chef is excellent. The cucumber jalapeño margarita was fresh - and on happy hour was reasonably priced. So many items on the menu that I would try if I lived im the area.

Went to Brooklyn’s for the first time today. We needed to get my dad out of the house for some food and laughs. Me and our friends provided the laughs and Kennedy provided us with great service. Some Eggs Benedict and a large order of chicken fried steak, put us all in a food coma. I highly recommend this place.

First time there and we would definitely go back! We sat at the bar and I believe Steven 🫣😬 was a wonderful bar tender/server. He made drinks for others at the bar that I wanted to try if I didn't already order their craft of mimosa with three juices of my picking. They have a small outdoor area that when NOT hot looked cute. Like I said we would definitely give it another go!
