We got the green bowl, waffles, pineapple cucumber loaded tea, and the Miami Vice loaded tea, and everything tasted like straight powder. Everything was around $40 and definitely not worth it. Couldn’t even finish anything because of the aftertastes. They have a good concept, but the execution is just bad.

Brought my 3 girls here while visiting and they loved it. Shared mango and acia bowls and they thought both were great.

Juan, the owner was very gracious and wanted to make sure everything was top notch. Highly recommend the stop off interstate if you’re looking for something quality and healthy.

I was really looking forward to trying Budas Healthy Nutrition but was very disappointed once I tried to order. I am vegan & very lactose intolerant. I asked if there was any dairy products in the protein & the worker said there wasn’t so I got very excited & began ordering. I asked if she could double check the protein just in case because I am vegan & she said she doesn’t drink milk but has this everyday. I asked to see the protein container and it says contains “milk & soy”. I let her know there wasn’t milk in it then she said well I have it everyday and I’m fine… I then asked if they had any other options for protein and she said they didn’t so I could not get any shake or bowl on there entire menu. I even asked if she can make the bowls without the protein and she said she couldn’t. I went with a beach bum tea. The drink was SO tart and overpowering from the caffeine they put in it. I had 1 sip & the worker asked if I liked it. I said I’m really sorry but not really. She said oh then walked away… didn’t offer a new drink or anything. I value being healthy & active and this place is right by my house! I thought it’d be a regular but now I don’t plan on going back. I hope they can add a few options for protein in the future so all can enjoy their products. I also hope there employees become are aware of ingredients because if I wouldn’t have double checked the ingredients label myself, I would have been very sick.

Buda’s Healthy Nutrition Teas and Shakes is my go-to spot for a delicious and energizing boost! Both are packed with flavor and feel like a a special treat. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is trying to reach their wellness goals!! - Jackie Bittner
