Im really disappointed. Onion rings were cold, I sent them back and got home to cold, hard burgers as well. I cant eat meat anymore and was excited to try the Impossible burger but it tasted so bad cold and reheated . I know I should have gone to P. Terry’s up the road and try their veggie burger. Dont go here, this is like the 3rd time in 3 years Ive been, and its always a bad experience. I am going to stop giving them another chance.

Went through the drive through, sat for about 3 mins waiting behind a guy that was also waiting. Pulled up and was told it would be a minute. When I ordered the mic/speaker was very echoey/high pitched ring, similar to a mic and a speaker being put to close to one another. The lady could barely be heard and she could barely understand me, on top of there being an obvious language barrier.

Pulled up to the window and the lady had an earbud in her left ear and the drive thru headset on her right ear. The odd noise at the drive thru now made sense, I'm positive here earbud was causing interference. Furthermore she proceeded to talk on the phone (earbud) with her back turned to me for over a minute, while I patiently waited with my window down in this cold,nasty weather. Once she took my card she slid the drivethru headset down and took the car behind me order. So these wait times is because you are having a personal conversation on the clock, ignoring your customers. 🤔

She finally opens the window and tried to confirm my order AGAIN but the whole language barrier wasn't helping.

I did not catch the lady's name but she had her lower lip pierced through the middle with a stud.

Very disappointed in this interaction.

I had a really bad experience @this Burger King. I was contacted by the manager we spoke for bit. He stated he would get back to me after visiting with his team members. He never got back with me. They did absolutely nothing. I'm very displeased with the out come. Thank you for insuring me that the matter was addressed. (NOT). I will never go to any Burger King again if this is how they treat their patrons.

Gave me somone else's order and I ate it anyways, it was all chicken I was rly lookin forward to a good burger. The chicken was cold and the lettuce tasted spoiled and nasty maybe its burger king foot lettuce.
