Every time I go to this location I have a missing food item and get charged more than what I ordered. This time it was $4 more than it should have been & missing fries.
Best Chick-fil-A in Hays County! Staff is super nice and attentive, great customer service and food is always delicious and hot. I live in Kyle and really not a fan of the Kyle Chick-fil-A, so I make the run to Buda instead. Thank you for the great customer service, you guys rock!!!

Tried reaching out a few times in regards to missing items on an order. Not the first time it’s happened but it is the first time I try reaching out. Tried calling the number on our receipt and no answer after multiple times to get connected with a team member, voicemail isn’t set up either. Tried getting through to care now I believe is what it’s called and I’m left on hold for long periods of time. Can someone please get back to us as we did not receive all our items.
